Ideally located near to the centre of Combe Martin, the hotel is clean, comfortable & welcoming. The deck/terraced area is perfect for relaxing & reading in the sun.
The hosts are lovely & want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
And as everyone else has said - the breakfast is wonderful.

Breakfast was very nicely cooked. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We were allowed to have our dog stay over in a balcony room.
The rooms are small, the decor is tired although kept clean and pleasant.
Parking is tricky although that’s not the owners fault.
I stayed in a balcony room and my next door neighbour with a balcony was smoking cigarettes. Unfortunately their smoke came right into my room at 7am so v unpleasant start to the day! I had to close the door which meant it got very hot.
