I have stayed a few times at the Dilkusa grand and this time like the other times I stayed it was absolutely brilliant, excellent location, the room I had was at the front where I had a lovely view,all the staff who work there are excellent, very friendly,I can't wait to stay there again, thank you Dilkusa grand

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay . There was no heating in the hotel but we had a small heater for the room. The shower was cold and no matter what we did it did not heat up. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great near the theatre with easy access to the town.

I have paid through Agoda but arrived at hotel receptionist asked me to pay again . The following day I have called them and asked for a refund , they agreed it was their fault and told me that it will be resolved asap and that they will call me back. 2 weeks past now and still not sorted. This is pure robbery
