Beautiful property , staff in the restaurant were lovely !
Would prefer earlier check in and better price on dogs for short stays .. the staff were very fussy with dogs which was nice

Disappointing that the restaurant was closed as this was one of our main reasons for booking, so we had to go out to a local pub for supper. We were warned in advance though and alternative recommendations offered

There was a wide choice for breakfast and the food was good.
We booked in advance for dinner so that we could drink without a problem with drink-driving, but the restaurant shut at short notice and we had no option but to drive to find an alternative.
All the accommodation was in cabins or rooms some distance from the restaurant/reception. When it rained we needed macs and umbrellas to go for a drink or meal or to return keys.
The internal roads between cabins needed some repairs.
On arrival the cabin temperature was set low and it took some time to warm up.
