Great stay at a comfortable b+b, great location and value for money

Our room was clean and comfortable, Jonah was an attentive host ready to help and always asked if we need anything. Breakfast was lovely full fry up and continental additions. The location is very central on the seafront close to many cafes and restaurants.

I would never stay anywhere else whilst I’m in Ilfracombe

The owner was so welcoming our room was gorgeous. Warm, lovely furnishings and the bathroom was so so amazing.. An incredible room… can’t say enough good things about the room ..

i was staying for work and i found that the Rocky cove suited perfectly

i loved the fact that the owners made contact with me via the website but also via text to provide all the information i needed for my stay, around parking and other issues i may need to know. they were able to accommodate me boking in early and were willing to help me out in terms of a space i needed for a meeting first thing in the morning. i know this was a little out of the usual so i appreciate they were able to do this. in the end my meeting was cancelled. i like how they do breakfast too. rather than being automatically part of the booking they have a system where you let them know if you want breakfast and they charge very reasonable price on the day if required,. this reduces wasted food and allows a choice for those who do not want to have a cooked breakfast the room was very comfortable and clean and had everything i needed for my stay. i would highly recommend people stay here, as it is very close to the coast and all the local amenities, and it is owned and run by two lovely people. i will be using them again in the future.

parking was a small issue, but i was warned on the website and the owners also ensured they informed me via text message and provided all the alternatives that were nearby. this is an issue in Ilfracombe in general and nothing the owners have control over.

Friendly host, lovely, clean property in a great location.

A lovely B&B with really big rooms. Very close to the harbour, the theatre and all bars and restaurants. We opted to stay breakfast which was freshly cooked and very good value.

The only negative about the property was parking. On street parking had a 2 hour maximum but overall this was a minor issue as there were a number of options very close by.

Great room, excellent location.

Easy check in with straight forward instructions from hosts regarding key lock. Central location with plenty of parking nearby. Spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Warm! Fan was provided but it was inadequate - it did very little to cool the room and it was noisy. A sheet or blanket would be great as an alternative to a duvet on warm nights.

Superb stay at the Rocky Cove B&B

The B&B was right on the sea front and close to all shops and restaurants. We had our toddler grandson with us who wants to walk everywhere so this was perfect. The rooms were modern, very clean and bright. They had everything you needed and more.

Excellent location for a comfortable and tastefully decorated property

Our room was very comfortably appointed and we had a great night's sleep. The shower is good and the bathroom nicely decorated. Everything was clean and the location is superb, close to the harbour with plenty of restaurants and easy to find. Despite that it was nice and quiet at night. The hosts were very friendly and fixed a small problem with the batteries not working in the TV remote extremely promptly. Would recommend.

Would have been handy to have some conditioner in the shower to go with the shampoo provided.

Great stay, fantastic location! Comfy bed! All the amenities you could ask for! The chap who checked us in was lovely, very helpful and carried my bag in.

The only thing I can think of, was the WIFI password was incorrect, we attempted several times; but to be honest, we didn’t need it.
