Very comfortable stay.

Very comfortable room, absolutely spotless, the hosts were very friendly, the breakfast offered a great choice and the location was excellent. A lovely two night stay and would recommend without hesitation. Good value for money.

The toilet was in an awkward position on a step but nothing can be done to rectify it.

Breakfast was lovely so much to choose from, room was really clean bed bed was the best I’ve ever slept in so comfortable I have sleep apnea but I slept both nights so was very good for me.will be back..Hosts were so nice..

Situated well. In walking distance to the town. Beautifully presented and very clean. Staff very welcoming and really friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything Excellent..... from the free parking, location, exceptionally friendly and informative hosts, the size of the room and comfy bed an extra blanket or fan as needed, ironing board, tea/ coffee, a stunning building, 100% cleanliness, 100% breakfast...(even catered for Gluten Free.) Amazing views. ( the one from our room shown in picture) Wifi..bus stop just outside, local taxis available.. Would highly recommend...nothing to fault. X ❤️

Nick and Margaret were warm and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and they offered a great breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Short walk (10-15 mins) to the town centre. We would definitely book again.

Long Weekend

Nick & Margaret are great hosts. A great full breakfast included in your stay sets you up for the day. Often we didn't need lunch. The accommodation is a short walk from a bus stop that takes you into Ilfracombe or from the opposite side of the road to Woolacombe bay and Barnstaple.

Homely and very accommodating!

Absolutely exceptional experience. Staff were super friendly and always seemed to be on-site when needed. Gave great tips on places to visit. The stay felt very personal — staff remembered what room we were staying in and our breakfast/drinks preferences every morning. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very friendly clean and accommodating , weather was very hot and they had a fan in the room, extra blankets for cold weather and anything you could need . Lovely bench outside with a gorgeous view . Was my favourite place to sit in the morning with a cuppa
