Piper and Terence made us feel so welcome. They were warm, friendly and so helpful from day one. Our room was exceptional and very comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. Both food and service were excellent. We both agree that if we ever find ourselves revisiting Ilfracombe in the near future, the Devonian will be the only place we will stay.
We loved everything. There wasn't anything to dislike. The Devonian just felt like home.

The room was so luxurious and stylish and the house had so many bonus areas like gym, cinema room, bar. The breakfast was outstanding and served on fine English china. Terrence and Piper couldn’t have been more welcoming or friendly. Just a short stroll into town but to be honest, the hotel itself was a destination! Lovely areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden or simply relax in the rocking chairs in the room and soak in the view. Would have stayed longer if we could!

Everything, thank you so much for being such lovely hosts. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. if I needed anything I have no doubts that Piper & Terence would've done solved it! A gorgeous home, and a fantastic breakfast. Thank you again!
Something to be aware of, the parking can be tricky, but there is lots of free parking just at the top of the drive!
