We are a group of 6 who having been walking the South West Coastal Path from Poole and we are now in Ilfracombe. We started in 2015 and we have stayed in B&B's and guest houses for 3 or 4 days twice a year as we walk. We have stayed in at least 30 different guest houses as we walk the path. We all agree that The Devonian is the best accommodation we have stayed in and it is amazingly not the most expensive. The hosts, Piper and Terence are the most hospitable couple we have met and they made our visit a joy. They have a beautiful home, brilliantly furnished and cleverly decorated with so many unusual amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and all delicious. When I read the reviews I couldn't quite believe them but having stayed at The Devonian I agree 100% perfect.
