Everything! Sharon and Daryl were warm hosts and catered to all needs. I loved the small garden and how meticulously they have decored the hotel! I felt like home.

We stayed here as a base for our trip to Lundy Island, and it couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh, and everyone was welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and plenty of choice. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ll definitely be back.
The only minor negative and it’s to be expected in an older property, is that there wasn’t a plug socket next to the bedside table for charging my phone. That’s me being a little picky though, and it certainly wouldn’t stop us returning.

Lovely welcome and friendly staff. Helped with bags. Alot of stairs so was grateful. Tasty breakfast. Lovely lounge and bar area with nice view of harbour.
Alot of stairs but great sea view from bedroom. Car park is a good walk away from guest house but guaranteed a parking space as spaces at front of hotel go quickly.

Nice breakfast, although hurried. Plates being taken away mid-meal
Room was smaller than the photos would suggest. The most disappointing thing was to be accused of leaving a window open in the room that let rain in - we did not and believe it was the staff who opened it as the day before we returned to the room to find the window wide open. Darren was quite accusatory in front of other guests too, we found this humiliating, unnecessary and rude.
