Welcoming hosts, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is simply unbelievable, Perfect in every way. 5 minute walk down to the village. Parking right outside. There were 8 of us on a golf tour, great location for the courses. Rooms were split to twins for us. Fresh cakes every day when we arrived back was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Would highly recommend

Beautiful location near the church. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were lovely and clean and had a bath.

Just a few minutes to Instow beach.
Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of attention to detail.
Delicious breakfast with lots of choice of high quality produce
Owners are very helpful and welcoming
Taking the dog over to the churchyard is a little inconvenient at 6am.
