It’s our fourth time in this hotel, and we will definitely come again

Super clean and very well maintained hotel. Rooms are in perfect condition. Bed linen and towels are extra white. Bed was very comfortable. Black out curtains are superb. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Very friendly cleaning ladies. Free of charge parking with possibility to charge electric cars. Very good breakfast: the variety wise and very tasty. SPA are is very nice: big pool with jacuzzi, hamam and sauna.

A bit far from city center, but not an obstacle if you come by car.

Nice aparthotel

We have stayed here many times, it is clean, comfy and generally all nice. Usually well stocked kitchen. Staff is friendly. Free parking on site which is always nice.

The cooking equipment available in the apartments is sometimes a bit patchy - this time no pot, just one pan for cooking which is a bit insufficient.

Comfortable Stay

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. There was a kitchenette in the room and a supermarket one block away which was very convenient. They received us with our pets.

Great option for visiting Strasbourg

the hotel is very nice, the staff was super helpful. The room was very cozy, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. I really appreciated the free underground parking. We could also charge our electric car for a very good fee.

Dinner was average. The hotel is rather far from the city center so you kind of need a car.

An overall pleasant and positive stay and we look forward to returning one day soon.

Very welcoming receptionist. An ambassador for the hotel. Apartment was vast and well worth it. Surround panoramic balconies. Ease of parking in the underground secure car park.

I guess not being able to be warm / to get heat (above 22 degrees) in the apartment living room so we lived in the bedroom. Very few electric plug sockets. If the Restaurant manager staffed the restaurant properly perhaps more guests would dine in house as the food was very good and the (2) warm friendly staff were stretched, perhaps overwhelmed as they tried to provide good service to the many diners, we give up on ordering more wine or a desert. I reiterate there was no fault from the staff as there was only two serving a busy restaurant.

Wouldn’t come here again.

The property provides plenty of parking space and the beds are comfortable.

The reception doesn’t always reply to our calls. We needed laundry and they didn’t reply. Room service is every 6 days. The swimming pool is not heated and it’s cold. The spa doesn’t reply to our calls and if they do they are busy.

Disappointing - Housekeeping Standards Poor.

Cleanliness / housekeeping standards are an issue. Large orange bags of laundry placed / left outside our room and several other rooms from our arrival (unsure if clean / used) and for first 24 hours of stay. 2 night stay and room not serviced during stay. Carpets in corridor and at lift not hoovered and not clean at all. Room walls marked and quite tatty in places, chair stained. Bed linen and bathroom were clean but on checking room when leaving we discovered food crumbs and a dirty used towel from previous occupants behind the curtains!! More hostel feel than hotel.

Wish we stayed somewhere else.

There is a McDonald’s, grocery store, and gas station across the street. Room for 4 was spacious. Parking was free. Front desk staff was kind, especially the girl who speaks Spanish.

The room was hot. We told the front desk twice, even asked for a fan and were told a technician would be out to check it. Whether or not he went to the room I don’t know because we weren’t given any update, we spent 2 miserable hot nights. I didn’t like that we had to pay to use the pool, on top of that our time at the pool was limited to either 9-10am or 3-5pm because we have kids. The “spa” area with the sauna and steam room was just okay, not worth what we paid. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing special. Overall very disappointed for the amount of money we paid we don’t feel like it was worth it.

My stay at your hotel was highly satisfactory. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the premises, which is crucial for me. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. The quiet air system contributed to a restful sleep, and the sound insulation between rooms was excellent, another significant factor for a comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and the high quality of the dishes offered. The hammam and pool facilities were excellent, though I found the sauna to be not quite hot enough for my preference. Overall, the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. I look forward to returning as your guest, a sentiment I rarely express.

Spacious and quiet room, EV charging in garage, good food in restaurant - although almost no guests at dinner that night (80% of tables were free) we were asked if we had a reservation and waited quite some time to be seated

Meets the expectations, generally a very pleasant place to stay.

We like this hotel because they have a number of family rooms where we can always have a pleasant stay together with our two babies and our dog. We usually come for one night when we are on the road from France to Germany. Breakfast is hearty and delicious, personnel are helpful and speak English, German (and obv French) really well. Downtown is not very close but a taxi can take you there for €24.

It’s rather specific, but when we come by car with a rooftop box, that does not fit into their garage (1.9m height only) and we need to park outside - they only have a very limited number of outside parking spots though, handed out by a first-come-first-served manner. Another thing is that we always need to ask twice for the baby cot - even though it is free of charge and is in good shape generally. That is all, it is a great place otherwise.

Not worth the money.

I loved the spacious room

During our stay, the bedroom has not been cleaned not even once. We had to buy our own toilet paper as there wasn’t any. Breakfast costs 18 euros per person and there literally was nothing except sausages, bread and croissants.If I knew, I would have got myself breakfast from Lidl that is literally opposite the hotel and would cost me not even 10 euros. The waitress came in middle of us having a breakfast with a card machine and asked us to pay. They at least could have waited for us to finish the breakfast and not interrupt. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Apart from unhelpful member of staff the hotel is fine

Staff member could have been more helpful. I misplaced my charger which was important for work I asked a member of staff did they happen to have a loan of one for an hour . Before they even looked they said no.extremly unhelpful ande rude I was in My gym gear at the time . Next day in a 3 piece suit, I asked the same question No problem, how i help That to me shows to faces. They had no idea who I was and treated me completely different because gge way I was dressed.

Great stay

The apartment was really comfortable, cosy and nicely decorated. Perfect for a family. They brought us a cot for our little one. We had a car so centre was 10 minutes drive. Great breakfast.

It was expensive especially for a hotel that is not close to the center (10 minutes with a car) but of course it is high season in Strasbourg

overall it was good

The location of the hotel is very good, the staff at the reception was friendly and very attentive, we were very pleased with the information they gave. The rooms were clean and comfortable, everything was considered, only there were no bathrobes in the room this time to go down to the pool, we also went there to relieve the tiredness of the day, although the pool closes at 21:00 in the evening. Even though we couldn't get into the pool at 19:55, we were not allowed in because cleaning was going to happen 1 hour before. :(( It opens at 9 in the morning, which is quite late...! Breakfast was good, but there were deficiencies compared to our last visit. There were no eggs, there were few cheese varieties, such as tomatoes and cucumbers. There were no vegetables at all. We were generally satisfied.

Good hotel but bill issue ruined it

1) Very spacious apartment with all the utilities we needed. We stayed in a Studio which is the smallest apartments on offer and even that had plenty of space. 2) The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels were provided by the reception when asked. 3) Free secure parking underground which has plenty of spaces split between 2 floors and provides direct access to lifts. Plenty of EV charging spaces available too. 4) Convenient location with easy access to motorways. Fuel station, supermarket and McDonald's in front of the hotel for any items you need to buy. 5) On site restaurant for a convenient meal especially if you're travelling around. The food is top quality too. 6) Pet friendly apartments and public areas.

1) Cleaning of room is charged €15 per time which is too high for the price you pay. It becomes a pain especially if you have a long stay like ours. 2) The hotel has facilties such as swimming pool, gym and spa but most are charged high prices for access. 3) Breakfast service was chaos. We went in once and didn't get much of a variety compared to other hotels so decided to go into town for breakfast on the other days. 4) Things in the room seem to be not well fitted. The shaving/vanity mirror was coming off the wall, the extractor fan was missing one side and the shower wasn't powerful enough. 5) I noticed that my bill was overstated by €60 as the pet charge was added twice and I noticed right after I got in the car. Went back and got it corrected and a refund issued but if I hadn't checked, I would have ended up paying extra.

The reception team was super not accommodating and the service was really poor We had to wait for more than 5 hours for a room Additionally When booking almost 8 months in advance there was no mention about pool hours for children (closes at 17:00) and any payment for guests who order through Booking (if you order here they will charge you for each entry to the spa including the pool) As they changed the rules for the spa only 2 months before our stay they gave us the opportunity to go to the spa but did not allowed the kids to enter after 17:00- when travelling at the area we had no chance to get in so early and the kids were super disappointed for not having the chance to use the pool- important to mention that this was one of the reasons we picked this hotel The location of the hotel is very bad and the reception team is not really helpful at all I would probably not stay there if I had the option

The staff were not flexible , I booked a wrong day with non flexible rate , but the staff were not helpful to even move the breakfast from the unused day to the other day. They had no idea how to handle the situation.

Superb

Within an easy walk to public transport, great and helpful staff. Grocery store 2 mins walk away. The underground parking was a welcome addition, and nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff. Room was big enough for two to be comfortable, and the bed was good and firm. Used it as a base to explore Strasbourg and surrounds, would stay again if there.
