My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, especially thanks to the exceptional quality of the rooms. The accommodation was spacious, modern, spotless, and equipped with good amenities that made the stay comfortable. The interior design and decoration were beautifully executed, giving the entire space a refined and welcoming atmosphere.

However, there were a few areas where the experience could be enhanced. The spa was consistently crowded during my stay, which made it challenging to fully enjoy the facilities. I also observed moments where interactions between staff and certain external guests appeared somewhat rigid or culturally formal. While it is not my place to comment on these situations, it is worth noting that such moments can subtly influence the overall atmosphere for guests who may not be familiar with local norms. At breakfast, the quality was good, but the variety and freshness of pastries and sweets did not fully align with the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for my visit. Travelling by motorcycle, I was pleased to find that I felt completely safe leaving my bike parked at the hotel, which gave me real peace of mind. The breakfast was excellent and provided everything I needed before heading off on the road each morning. A great selection and a very good start to the day. What stood out most was how welcoming everyone was. The service was excellent throughout my stay and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends, family and fellow travellers. I had no issues whatsoever and, should I return to the area in the future, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Cleanliness / housekeeping standards are an issue. Large orange bags of laundry placed / left outside our room and several other rooms from our arrival (unsure if clean / used) and for first 24 hours of stay. 2 night stay and room not serviced during stay. Carpets in corridor and at lift not hoovered and not clean at all. Room walls marked and quite tatty in places, chair stained. Bed linen and bathroom were clean but on checking room when leaving we discovered food crumbs and a dirty used towel from previous occupants behind the curtains!! More hostel feel than hotel.
