Good hotel & great location for those arriving to city by car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient room for a family of 4 persons and good breafkfast. Perfect location for us arriving by car. Next door public parking hall was cheap (7,20e/24h) and included free public transportation for up to 7persons. Tram right next to it took us conveniently to city center in 10min. Plus our main reason for the trip - the ”patinoire” (for ice hockey tournament) was only 2min walking distance.

Good stay for visiting Strassburg - easy access by public transport or car..

Hotel in very modern and nice design. Very good location with good public transport connection to the city center and main station. Parking garage just around the corner to keep you car (which is useless in Strassburg anyway).

The breakfast was ok, but room a bit noisy and small.

I tried to walk from the train station but that is difficult due to the road structure. Better to ride the tram, it is fast and runs frequently

Excellent hotel, lovely staff, great value for money

Staff and cleanliness. Lovely rooms and good value also a beautiful graveyard to walk around next door if you’re up early with a baby like I was!

Its location/ but I knew that when I booked it! And it’s much cheaper than in town! I think if the tram wasn’t off it would have been much easier

Very clean, close to the tram, close to a parking lot. With this ticket, 7,5€ for24 Hours you can get free tram tickets for all the family, Just scan it.

small room, budget-style but clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Location just two stops by tram (which stops around the corner) from main railway station, but the area already has a suburb feel in it.

We would certainly return

Room was clean and spacious, it was equipped with mini bar, water pot and we got an extra baby cot on request. tram station is on 2-3 minutes walking distance and city centre is just on 2 stops. location is perfect

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had blow drier too! Might be nice to also offer waterless toothpaste (the sustainable tablets) as some like us might be travelling with lots of baggage and have packed toothpaste somewhere unreachable in the car. That would also help cut down on plastic toothpaste tubes. Unfortunately we got two single beds (which made sleeping a bit difficult) but both were super comfy and we got a good night sleep. Check in was 24 hours (so a big bonus!). Pets are allowed for an extra charge 8.50 each pet. A bit expansive compared to other hotels in the area (with an average of 6EUR per pet) but very nice facility and friendly staff.

When reading reviews and previous questions & answers on the hotel's booking webpage we thought that parking was included. It is not. There is a public and very popular multilevel park and ride (tram & bus) nearby (max 2 min walk) called la Rotonde. They charge 4.70 per day and additional 10 euro for the next day. In our case, we arrived at 12 something in the morning and stayed until 14 on the same day and we paid 14,50. Which was not too bad, as the tram ticket was included for both of us.
