The room was clean and well maintained. the staff was courteous and very helpful. There was at least 4 languages available at the front desk and any given time. The bar had good food and fresh local seasonal beer. The location by the Rotonde for parking and tram access was incredibly convenient and a very affordable way to have unlimited access to the Strasbourg transit system. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Great location to the train station in order to easily go to and from the Christmas markets. Room was very comfortable except the lights require a keycard to turn on/off. Great idea except when I wanted to stay behind to shower while my husband went down for breakfast and took the keycard. I ended up having to wait for his return.

We stayed 6 years ago here at the hotel and loved everything about it. From the staff to the room, cleanliness and how convenient it is to get to the city center. So this time in 2025, we were coming to Strasbourg and we booked immediately with Origami again! We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff again so friendly and the room super clean and so quiet. Everything like the first time when we stayed here. Amazing! We will stay here Again and again !

Great location a few minutes walk from the tram station, where you can be whisked into the main centre within 10 minutes. Room was good, adequate comfort, fridge was a handy addition and the stay was cosy, quiet and convenient
