No issues whatsoever, great location for the Christmas markets in Strasbourg, the train station is just across the road and yet it's still quiet. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space andbthe breakfast is enough to set you up fof the day. Yes, I would stay there again.

This is a basic in-transit hotel, very convenient to the Strasbourg train station. The room we had was small (esp by US standards) but I understand there are larger rooms, and spartan -- no/few frills. The room we had could have had much better lighting. I had to turn on the bathroom light to readily see my work on the (small) desk. The bed was too hard for my spouse to sleep, despite adding several comforters as pseudo matresses, so hard bed haters beware. The breakfast was really really good. The staff were extremely helpful. I would have like some free coffee during the days, not 2.5 Euro a cup. So -- pluses and minuses.

The hotel itself is quite nice and there was a tour group also staying there. Breakfast choices were reasonable. You need to press a button to request access into the building, regardless of the time of day. The staff manage that aspect very well, just be aware there is a need for it as it is close to the train station and there are a higher number of people approaching begging for money than I have experienced in other places. The main attractions of the old town are about a 15min walk if proximity to the station is the higher priority then the hotel location is good. Staff were all friendly and happy to assist with questions

Very convenient when traveling by train. 2 min away from the central station, yet the area is green and appears to be safe. Very convenient, walking distance to the city center. Small, yet very well appointed, modern room with a large bathroom. Excellent mattress.

The hotel is ok. Great location opposite the train station, and staff very helpful, but room was a bit tired and decor a bit out of date. No shower just a shower head and bath. Will give it four stars as good value for money in spite of the long black hair in my breakfast.

Excellent hotel, quiet despite being right opposite the Railway Station, I was upgraded to what I believe is one of the newly refurbished rooms on arrival, lovely comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked. Small area at reception where one could purchase snacks and various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks Excellent Breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks available in the morning, would certainly stay here again if visiting Strasbourg or just staying overnight

This place is literally right across the square from the main train station in a crescent shaped arch of hotels. So it was very convenient. It was also lovely to see the station across from my room at all times of day - its front facade is covered by a massive glass enclosure which takes the sun and other images different throughout the day. It felt like the bathroom could have used a fresh coat of paint but the amenities were fine. The breakfast was more than plentiful for all tastes. The young women at the front desk were particularly friendly and helpful. I was glad to stay here and not be dragging my luggage onto the island where the Christmas markets were cut off from vehicular traffic for safety reasons. I might stay again...

The location of the hotel is marvelous, just the opposite of the train station, and not a far from the center of Strasbourg. The service & receptions were well organized, very friendly and helpful. The room was very specious and clean, a 'small' remark would be the outdated bathroom but it was clean and had all the bells and whistles. I would definitely encourage to get breakfast as its very good.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, being right opposite the train station. The rooms look nothing like the photos on the website. Everything was very tired and shabby. There are no plug sockets available, unless you want to crawl under the tv unit. Very old fashioned and basic furniture, and the bathroom was very old. We were worried we’d be bothered by the main road outside but we didn’t notice that at all. However, our room was on the seventh floor and must have been beneath a plant room as there was a constant, very loud mechanical noise day and night. All the staff we met were very helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ok - not a huge selection but what was there was nice. We stayed at the beginning of December and knew we’d be paying a premium for the room due to the draw of the Christmas markets, but even so we felt the quality of the hotel no where near justified the cost per night.
