Nice stay in central Strasbourg

Very central, rims are nice tidy and clean. They do offer breakfast but didn’t try it

Great location!

Location was amazing. It's near the main train station. Near grocery stores, bakeries, lots of other shops & restaurants. Walking distance to petite france and main city center! Room had stacked storage cubes/cabinet, definitely useful when floor space was limited.

Rooms were small, especially the bathroom. Wooden floors were squeaky. Only USB ports near some beds, no normal plugs, which can be a pro, but a con for me as I charge everything using my 1 adapter. Not much space to open luggages with 4 ppl.

Poor room management and misleading information resulted in a stressful stay that only improved on the final night!

The location is convenient and the courtyard area is pleasant!

The room provided did not match what was booked or advertised on Booking.com. We booked a double room but were placed in an incorrect room on the first night. After complaining, the room was changed multiple times, and the issue was only fully resolved on the last night. Facilities were inconsistent between rooms (for example, heating was missing in one room). Staff gave misleading information initially and only offered an acceptable solution after repeated complaints. Being told the hotel was “fully booked” is not acceptable, as the booking was made correctly in advance.

A good value

The location is great. A short walk from the train station through a plaza and down a busy shopping area. Restaurants close by the hotel and a nice bar/restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. It is about a twenty minute walk to the main plaza and tourist center.

There was some construction on the main stairs but it was only a slight inconvenience.

Everything: bed, pillow, location, extra towels, staff, coffee in the room, cleanliness. The staff went an extra mile to satisfy the customer. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, clean and good sized rooms.

Great location, literally a 5 minute walk to the station. Walkable to all the main sights. Good sized room, clean, good shower and plenty of power points.

The only thing I would request, is that the bar downstairs served meals. Whilst the hotel provided breakfast at a cost, it would be nice to not have to on the hunt for something for dinner. Not a huge issue, just a thought.

It’s minutes from the train station. It’s not the Ritz, but it’s completely adequate for a 3 night stay in Strasbourg. After all, one doesn’t spend a lot of time in their hotel when traveling to see the world.

There is a bar downstairs, but it didn’t bother me. The walls are thin.

The room was quirky in the best sense. A wonderfully comfortable bed. Slept sooo well. Breakfast great. A 3 min walk from the train station. And Strasbourg is such a beautiful place, so much to see.

The room was excellent, very clean and bright. Wi-Fi was OK. Location is superb - 2 min by walk to Alt Stadt.

I wrote a message, while booking, that I need an additional bad for my 2 yrs old daughter and the stuff confirmed my ask. But when we came in o Hotel, it was a tiny room without a baby-bad and even without a space for it. I asked recepsionist to resolve this problem. She asked us to wait in a room. After 45 min of sitting in our room, we were asked to change a room. I could predict that the room would be changed and we couldn't undress and take a snack. So, we were spending almost an hour inside the Hotel, instead of walking on Strasburg. But then the room was changed for bigger one with baby-bad, I was satisfied, as the second room was really nice. Also it was a big problem to wait for lift, cause it was always busy and noisy.
