Hôtel le Grillon

We had three rooms for our family of 6 and all of them were clean and ready for us when we checked in. The breakfast was very good and the courtyard was a lovely dining area. It was within walking distance to the Strasbourg Gare and many restaurants.

Sehr nettes Hotel in super Lage, Bahnhofsnähe und gleichzeitig super zentral, um Strasbourg zu erkunden. Gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.

The amazing staff. Isabel and her staff are wonderful. Isabel made me feel at home.i loved the quaint centuries old hotel. The exquisite breakfast with an orange juice machine, lychees and fabulous cheeses! The location was very convenient to the train station.Also there is a lovely Thai restaurant next door. Superb food. There is a large supermarket over the bridge, just past the big church. It’s way better than the small place near the hotel.

The noise from the people congregating outside the college next door. It went on late into the night. Am surprised there are no enforceable noise laws in Strasbourg. The hotel graciously gave me another room which wasn’t as nice.

Location was perfect. So close to the train station as we are traveling by train. The staff in the hotel are so friendly and obliging. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a gorgeous view of the church down the street. So close to the old town and many eateries to choose from. Supermarket so close. Wished we stayed longer, will certainly stay there again if we go back to Strasbourg.
