Location was great.

There was a power surge and it destroyed my computer charger - which cost me €85 to replace. (Luckily there was an Apple Store in Strasbourg.)

Lovely staff and location of accommodation ideal for stay

Location and price were our priority. Walking distance to all places of interest. Staff were friendly and most helpful. shout out thanks to Eliona and Matthias !

Ventilation isn't good as we couldn't open the windows. We were attacked by mosquitoes on the first night as we left our window open. Air-conditioning was for hot air in cold weather unable to adjust if you wanted some cooling ventilation.

It was a convenient location. It was very clean. The housekeeping team were lovely. The bed was comfortable.

The rooms were so tiny, there was no space to put anything 1 of us is very tall so using the toilet was challenging as its so tucked into a little corner, there is no knee room for long legs. Very disappointing that no tea/ coffee facilities in the room, this is basic requirement & money making exercise on hotels part as poor starbucks concession in reception which offers no non dairy milk. No vegan offerings for breakfast, was told 'it's complicated'. It really bloody isn't!

Lots of potential, but fix your AC units

We booked rooms here because they said they had AC. There was a heat wave in Strasbourg and we discovered that out of the 3 rooms we booked, only one had a working AC. The AC controls were wired backwards, and they knew of the problem, but hadn't fixed it. Even when turning our AC to "heat" to get the AC, it failed to do anything more than a poor impression of an AC unit.

Very central and easy to get to, close to the art galleries and the main tourist attractions. Room was reasonable in size but comfortable.

For the price, it was good. We liked the breakfast and we would stay again. it was about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station so not too bad. it was a basic room without a kettle but did the job

for the money it was very good but upon arrival, pillow case was put on inside out, the toilet paper on the toilet roll was crumpled at the bottom from the last person and the mirror had some sort of stain on it

Location was reachable from station and petit France, staff was friendly and helpful, water filling station at the reception was nice to have

- mattress was uncomfortable - forgot to remove the soap from previous guest in the bathroom - housekeeping kept only one new towel. we expected 2. they also left the old towels in the room - we were prepared for the small rooms and bathrooms but it was still smaller than expected
