Good location, warm room

There was parking near the hotel and close walk to the city center. The size of the room was nice and it had a refrigerator.

If you open the window you hear a lot of traffic. The room was very warm and we needed the fresh cool air to sleep.

Great place to stay

Comfy bed, short walk from railway station, near tram and bus stations. Staffs are helpful and professional.

Located near railway hence there’s lots of noise from train passing by. Also for some reasons my windows could not be fully closed hence quite cold at night plus the noise from the train

Overall very satisfactory

Position is excellent because very close to railway station and on the main avenue to catch a bus or tram and get to the European Institutions areas. It is also near to supermarket and shopping area in case you need anything. The fact that the apt is endowed with a kitchen-area offers autonomy and comfort. Price is competitive with the average prices of Strasbourg at the time of an European Parliament Plenary session.

Only thing was an annoying noise coming from the hot water boiler, a sort of low whistle that was not possible to ignore at night during working activity (of course, in case you work at night in the room...)

A good option for self-catering on a budget.

Pros: This apartment was clean, with a functional kitchenette. The stovetop was easy to use. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproofed, so very quiet. There was a 24 hr reception desk. There were a decent amount of electical outlets in the main area. The location is walkable from the train station, a 15-20 minute walk and about the same to the cathedral, the Old Town area and Petite France. We had read reviews about bad wifi, so we had asked for a room with good wifi ahead of time and we had no problems. Water pressure in the shower was good and there was lots of hot water.

Cons: There was no electrical outlet near the mirror in the bathroom. For anyone wishing to use a curling iron, hair dryer or hair straightener, this is a must. Otherwise, add a mirror in the main room that is close to an electrical outlet. I had to prop up my phone on the corner of the headboard and use it as a tiny mirror to do my hair! The cooking utensils were very limited. It could use an egg flipper, and a can opener at minimum. Another small pot would be useful.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The location was great! You could go by foot to the city centre. Breakfast was fine. I also liked that they had parking lots available, it was very convenient.

The bed was uncomfortable. The lift was not functioning.. so we had to use the stairs all the time (I am pregnant, it wasn't nice) The rooms need renovation. The are quite outdated.

We were very pleased with our stay of 3 nights! The room was very clean..it had all that we needed to cook/bath & comfortably have a good nights sleep! We highly recommend & will most definitely use again!

Everything was ok! It was very quite..even with a rail track behind the accommodation! (very good soundproofing!) The other customers were very respectable.

The location and size of the rooms were good. Having a kitchen was nice, too. All of our rooms were placed together. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

The bathrooms had black mold in them. Could have been cleaned better.

I booked for someone and he got bug bit in the room, I asked the staff, they answered me first time to send them an email, after I sent an email I received nothing, not even a sorry, it was not an option anymore.

Good room size and excellent location. Breakfast was wonderful too.

There was a lot of ambient noise in the room. The water boiler made noises, water pipes were rushing throughout the night, and there was a lot of noise from the building "settling" and creaking. We were up all night and couldn't rest properly.

Nice week in Alsace region

Location is excellent, near the city center and near the train station. Also, bed and pillows were excellent, nice and soft. Althoug the room was oriented on the trains, it was very quiet and sleeping was very good. Near the hotel, there were nice pubs (hotel staff recommended us The Solidarite and it was good to sit among locals during the happy hour). Shopping mall is also near for those who like shopping (shopping mall has nice bakeries with delicious croissants and coffee - bakery Paul).

Maybe it would be a good idea for hotel to have a bikes for rent for their guests. There is application in Strasbour for bike rents but they ask for a deposit. This is only a suggestion.

Spacious room with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Decent breakfast and easy walking distance to the town centre. Helpful staff with great response to a request to fix a shower door.
