Value for money during the Christmas holidays.

I liked the location. There is a market near the hotel. The train stop is 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

The room is very small. There is no free space, even for the luggage.

Very Poor!

Clean

Scam DEPOSIT! They will charge a big sum of money (more than euro 100) as deposit which will be automatically deducted once you booked the hotel. This was NOT stated in the booking prior to it. On top of that they charged me for the room price for 2 nights which was much more expensive than the actual price shown on booking.dot.com. They said will refund the deposit sum which was not refunded back to me till to date. It’s a scam. Be careful.

Good stay at an affordable price

Staff were helpful, and they provided good maps. Hotel was clean and shower was good. Location was not great but I liked that it was close to a brewery and not too far from a tram stop.

Breakfast was good but not great. No chairs in the room and very few hangers

Great Short Stay with Easy Access to the City

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but it’s easy to reach the city center using public transport. The staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable and clean. I just wish it had a small refrigerator. The main parking area can be fully occupied by late in the evening but I think you can still find some space outside. Perfect for a one- or two-night stay.

Very good hotel for reasonable price for stay in Strasbourg

There is a secured car parking behind the hotel w/o extra charges. Hotel room is very clean, breakfast buffet is very good and not expensive. Reception is open 24h per day. In 10 min from city center by car. The district is quiet.

May be it's worth to provide a free city map.

Nice hotel in beautiful Strasbourg

Quiet area. The hotel is new and very clean. Discreet cleaning service. Very comfortable mattress. Good wi-fi. Safe area to come to later in the evening. A U supermarket a few meters away so no hotel breakfast is necessary to buy even though it looked delicious and good value for money. Nice and polite staff.

Occasional train passing by as the hotel is close to a railway but no frequent trains. The hotel is a short, 5-minute walk to the tram station Ducs d'Alsace where you can take the tram to the centre. The extra euros I paid on public transport could be better used to pay towards a more expensive hotel room nearer the centre/ Petite France and you gain 40 minutes back & forth every day. Not sure though the more central hotels are in quiet enough areas.

Confident three star hotel

The hotel is wonderful. Everything is very clean and quiet. Its location is excellent - it is easy to get to the train station and the center of Strasbourg, there are bakeries and a shop with a good assortment and prices nearby. Reception is open 24/7 which is very convenient. The staff were responsive to our questions and requests. It is not worth looking for good from good, we will stop again if we are in Strasbourg, the city and Alsace are beautiful.

I wish the tea and coffee bags were updated as there is a kettle in the room. It is better that there are ordinary cups or glasses, and not paper ones, especially since they were not replaced either. A small refrigerator would not hurt, although its absence is quite understandable))

Very clean and newly furnished rooms with good soundproof. Shower is very convenient with good pressure. Located in quite place but in 15 minutes from the very city center. Parking spot is included and spaces are available even at the nighttime

Very good

Nice hotel in Strasbourg in case you are on budget or traveling by car. It’s 10-15 min from city centre by tram depending on what’s your desired location. Parking was for free which is a huge plus.

Room was well equiped but quite small so in case you are staying more than one night this not might be that comfortable. Also breakfast is not included which seems to be standard in hotels in France but for the price I think it would be nice to have it as well (it was 11€ per person so nothing horrible)
