A dated hotel with great breakfast and good location for public transport to the city center.

A very friendly woman at the reception who speaks English. She explained how to easily get to the city center with the streetcar. The breakfast choice was more & better than I expected.

It's a very dated building, however it was clean which was nice. The parking area is locked by a gate at night. Good feeling, although it seems to be necessary gives some thought.

The stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues and the presence of bugs throughout the room.

the staff was nice and friendly.

There were bugs in the bed and bathroom, as well as other insects throughout the space, which made it quite uncomfortable. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean — there was a lot of hair left behind, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. With a bit more attention to hygiene and cleanliness, this place could be a lot more pleasant.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Free parking. Location good for public transport into Strasbourg.

Room was small, so a bit cramped for 2 with luggage. Room quite shabby, in need of some updating/refurbishment. The bathroom was very tatty, lots of marks (mould?) on the tiles. Never had a hand towel. No restaurant and 'bar' prices were extortionate. €17+ for 3 warm 25cl beers! Location not great. Wouldn't stay again and can't recommend.

There is no double lock in the room so a person from the outside cannot easily get in.

Horrible place, don't go!

Staff were friendly and the dog was welcome. Room warm and there was free parking.

Poor location which felt quite seedy. Not helped by very poor lighting in the grounds. No bar or food available (Sunday evening). No facilities in the room. Beds and pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable
