Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sauber mit schönen Aussicht vom Zimmer ins Grüne, obwohl das Hotel in einem Industriegebiet liegt. Frühstücksbuffet hatte viel Auswahl (salzig und süß). Einfach zu parken. Pool habe ich leider nicht aufgrund der Zeit probiert. Preis für die Qualität war unschlagbar.
Zimmer war relativ hellhörig (Wecker und Gespräche der Nachbarzimmer war zu sehr zu hören) aber ich hatte eins der günstigste Kategorie. Vielleicht es anders mit anderen Zimmern. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Location was great. Walking distance to tram station to get straight into Strasbourg within 20 mins. Bathrooms well rennovated.
Bed was awful, each bed was a single Metal frame with individual metal bar across that were 1cm wide spaced wide apart and you could every bar when laying on it. There was no support at all as the mattress was also extremely thin. When we mentioned this to reception we were told we were the first to mention it and there were no extra mattresses we could put on top and all the beds were the same.
