Staff excellent Room very clean 5 minute to the tram which had frequent services to the city centre

Room temperature hard to control, room was very warm even though it was 2 degrees outside No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room

Les Colonnes - Strasbourg

The friendliness of the staff.

The size of the room and the shower. Both were barely sufficient for two men. There was almost no room to move around the beds, and the shower was almost impossible to bend down. The TV was was tiny and not really suitable for international travellers. The wifi system was far too dependent on the desk staff to continue functioning.

I wouldn’t stay their again

Even tho the property was clean the swimming pool was closed but only informed via email once it had been paid for. There was know tea & coffee facilities had to buy from the bar at 3.30 euros. The continental breakfast was expensive for what you got.

The property was on an industrial estate with know local restaurants available had to drive 30mins into the city centre.

Very Limited choice on breakfast,only croissants & bread to eat. 10 minutes walk to tram straight into Strasbourg, scary when coming back in dark. Location on commercial/industrial estate.

Location, breakfast choice. Pool closed despite being 28 degrees, rude male receptionist couldn’t/wouldn’t give explanation. Think most of other people there are living there as smell of food in corridors & children trying to get back in rooms unaccompanied. We changed hotel choice to have access to pool however remained covered , very disappointing & waste of money.

My boyfriend felt bad on the last day and we could stay in a room a couple of hours longer as usual. They dealt with our problem very flexibly.

We had to walk to the nearest tram station for 10 minutes.

Only good to stay if you are visiting the place because of the concert in Zenith

Only the fact that it was close to Zenith concert hall, which was the purpose of the trip

The bed was not comfortable, it was not very clean, there was hair all over the bed sheets, not enough sockets, strong smell of food in the room coming from the restaurant downstairs even with the windows closed, and the fact that they did not check my ID makes me question the safety there

bed was comfy, near tram station to go to city center. big supermarkets around

we were expecting to having a swim but pool was close. seems fine but I don’t know why they did not open. better to write on description pool is open or not for the guest. i assumed many of guest stay as long term eating or cooking in the room I was able to smell it in hall way I don’t think that wasn’t from restaurant or kitchen. it was not bed smelling but still it was not pleasure to having a smell of those whenever passing hallway to room. charge of payment was wired, half of amount booking.com pended and I had to full pay at reception when I check out and pended money was refunded however amount of final pay was bit different. i booked this hotel I thought everything included however final payment was extra city tax. it’s only 6-7euros total but still better to they mention city tax are not included.

we chose the Les Colonnes for the visit of a concert at the Zenith Strasbourg - best choice! just a few minutes walk to the venue. the hotel exceeded our expectations with its absolutely adequate facilities and extremely friendly staff. everything was very clean

slightly loud from the floor in the morning when the other rooms are get done (doors closing loudly all the time...), but this wasn't that bad that we would rate our stay with anything else than a :-)) we would definitely book this hotel again if we come back for a concert at the Zenith!

le petit déjeuner reste à améliorer; avoir des jus identifiés car pichets de différents couleurs sans nom une seule cafetière mal placée beaucoup trop d'attente.un grille pain serait agréable; plus de choix de fromage des spécialités d'Alsace . Télévision petite et mal placé par rapport au lit principal.

Le déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c est on avait du choix mais au pris au moins des oeufs brouillés chaud et saussice ou lard chaud. La juste de la charcuterie froid et peu de fromages. Les céréales de super marché pas de flocons d Avoine. A revoir pour le prix .

Le personnel est agréable, les lits sont bien. Assez de rangements dans la chambre, c'est bien. Il y avait un bon wifi et pas mal de prises.

Le petit déjeuner est très sommaire, je note que le pain était frais mais le reste laisse à désirer. Le gel douche en sachet c'est pas très pratique ni écologique.

Hôtel proche zenith à 2 pas chambre confortable et propre

Nous avions réservé cette hôtel pour sa proximité avec le zénith de Strasbourg il est vraiment à côté nous y sommes allé à pied cette très bien dans une zone commerciale avec un Lidl auchan juste à côté et un burger King restaurant à volonté de l’autre La chambre est petite mais pratique et confortable je recommande

Ne n’avons pas manger dans cette hôtel car nous trouvons les prix assez élevé aussi bien pour le repas que pour le petit déjeuner. C’est bien dommage

A localização é muito boa: fora do centro, mas com acesso rápido à cidade. Há vários restaurantes e um supermercado mesmo ao lado, o que é muito prático. Não usufruímos do pequeno-almoço. O quarto tinha boas condições, simples e funcional. O atendimento foi simpático e prestável. Foi suficiente para uma noite.

O principal ponto negativo foi o isolamento acústico, ouvíamos claramente os vizinhos do lado, o que tornou a estadia um pouco desconfortável.
