It was clean and comfortable

Only got one towel for two of us, had to ring reception and ask for extra towel both nights we were there and second night nobody on reception when we got in so had to share a towel

Nice Stay , Good choice

The hotel had a lovely lobby area and a great location. Our room was spacious and generally comfortable and clean.

However, the room was meant for four people, and one of the beds—a portable one—was not comfortable at all for the two guests who had to sleep on it.

Racism and breakfast are paid at the end

First of all, the staff had a racist attitude. At the check-out the employee said he needs to go and personally check the room. Meanwhile, another couple came to check-out and their room didn’t need to be “ checked”. They just paid and that was all, but ours needed extra checking. The bathroom is very poorly supplied and you don’t have an actual door to it for privacy. They don’t tell you the exact details about the breakfast tax at your arrival.

Stylish & Comfortable Hotel.

Room was very spacious and spotless. Breakfast was good. Nice decor.

Restaurant was closed due to refurbishment but we arrived too late and wouldn't have been in time for an evening meal, even if it had been open.

The neighbourhood didn’t look very safe and clean. Although it is very close to the highway and it’s very convenient to get in/from the city. Also, there’s tram stop right next to the hotel.

Very poor - avoid !!

The area around the hotel seems very run down and not very safe. We had very bad service as the hotel did not tell us there had been riots in the city which we did not find out ourselves until 30 mins after check in. All public transport was cancelled and the Government advice was to stay away from the city centre. The hotel restaurant was not open despite the fact it should have been. We decided to check out immediately owing to the volatile situation but the hotel refused any refund even in part to us. If they had communicated the situation to us beforehand we would have never checked in. It felt very much like they kept quiet to take our money whilst putting our safety at risk. Overall absolutely appalling service from this Hotel

maybe first and last visit to the city

the hotel has a parking area which was the reason i picked it.

the services here are horrible. there was no person to take the luggage and the receptionist asked me to take the bags to my room by myself! i got to my room and there was no soap or anything on the bathroom and the bed was with no sheets. I asked the receptionist to give one and he shared one from store but had to wait for him because he won't bring it up to my room.

Great stay - perfect for visiting the city.

Great place to stay on outskirts of Strasbourg. Tram stop almost outside so convenient for visiting the city. Very modern and comfortable rooms. Lovely restaurant where we had an excellent dinner.

Rather strange to have a clear glass door to the bathroom! Shower was over bath with shower curtain, not screen. A more modern shower cubicle would be better - there was room for a separate bath and shower. Hotel WiFi was poor and difficult to get connected.
