Initially the family room we rented was not cleaned, beds were still from previous guests. From the friendly staff we immediately received excuses and 2 double rooms next to each other as replacement.

It was the perfect stop over for our trip from UK to Italy. We were arriving after 11pm but the instructions to get our keys was seamless. Breakfast was great and they accommodate animals. We travelled with two dogs and a cat. Would definitely want to stay longer next time as the location is amazing with plenty to do.

We booked the hotel but never was able to do the Check In, on the confirmation it was mentioned that Check In is possibile till 11 PM and we reached hotel by 10:30 but the reception was already closed and no one responed o their phone number. We waited there for an hour and at the end booked a different hotel on the spot. A disastrous service!!

Kind of out of the way, through a security gate (which seemed to be broken for most of the time we were there). Basically a separate motel-style room with own front door, decent enough and no problems given the price. Parking can get a bit busy if you leave it too late in the evening to get back.

A very nice hotel in an industrial area very far from the city but actually very confortable and big rooms, the service is good but keep in mind that the hotel looks more like a motel on the outside, even though the inside is good and clean.

This hotel looks like a motel in the us. Pictures look better than the actual truth. The room was very cold, we had to wait hours till it was heaten up. The price was very high for the quality of the hotel. I wouldnt pay more than 60 euro for this one.
