The kettle smelled and tastes like vinegar, i guess it was cleaned too often? The tap water is undrinkable. The heater was tricky to activate and took a very long time to heat the room. The wifi Instructions are either too complicated or it just did not work

Ok but could be better
Comfortable room and beds, A/C working, free and spacious parking, clean bathroom, staff was ok, quiet location with some restaurant options nearby.
Breakfast: there should be someone in charge of food replenishment. I stayed for 3 nights and could only eat eggs and bacon one day. Bread ran out and it took a long time to wait just for some croissants. This would have made my stay more pleasant. Wifi in my room was very poor, for better connection you need to go to the reception area.

Considering the high prices in Strasburgo, this mothel is a good compromise, but only to sleep one night. Internal parking very good.
It is very similar to the USA motel.. no privacy, very limite space in the room. Airdryer not present in the room… to be asked at reception. Part of the Staff not friendly. Breakfast till 9 in the week, this is ridiculous if I am on vacation

Really bad!!! Attention!
Really bad experience! Attention! The hotel is lack of contract spirit and the staffs talk nonsense all the time. They don't want to be responsible for their mistake and solve the problem. The hotel will not return you the money, even though your cancellation meets the requirement of the cancellation policy, just because you pay online. There is NO rule inside the cancellation policy that if you pay to Booking online, they will not refund the money. Additional, the hotel staff is difficult to contact. They will not reply the emails from Booking and when you call, they will always say the manager is busy/ not available.
