Not Good / Not Bad

The Spa facilities were really nice and good value for money. The hotel and facilities were clean and the rooms were a good size.

The location is poor with little to nothing around. The food is very limited with no Vegan options. The air conditioning wasn't reliable and when it did work it was extremely noisy and woke you up. Fans were not supplied and I had to threaten to go out and buy my own for them to find and provide me one.

Great base from which to explore Strasbourg and the Black Forest by public transport

Comfortable room, really good sauna and pool (although a bit crowded at times), well located for tram into central Strasbourg and beyond (3 day pass €10), free outside parking. Decent breakfast for the price.

Few places to eat nearby and hotel restaurant menu had limited choices and was a bit pricey - top tip, take the short tram ride to Langstross Grand’Rue and eat at Boehm Brasserie

Great place to stay for a Strasburg visit

Nice location to get to the city centre, it takes only 10minutes, 5 tramway's stops to be in a Strasbourg city centre

Great hotel

My stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The spa facilities were a highlight, providing the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding service and convenient location

The location is not the greatest You have to pay for bathrobes (But to be fair they gave them to me for free but they briefed me for the next time)

The hotel is rellay good placed. I had an easy acess to go to the city. The staff was super nice and available. Everything was clean, I loved the massage I got given, she was very nice and did a great job. The food was very delicious. I can just give it a 5 star and recommend it to other people.

the automatics switching of the light in the toilet, I found the light too bright when going in the middle of the night, I had to close my eyes Not much parking space even paying for it. In the spa it would be nice to have more wall clocks to check the time, specially when you are in the pool

Spa and wellness are perfect. Room is nice and big shower is a huge plus. Staff is friendly and coffee at the bar is very good. We did not take breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice spa facilities (although they were quite busy on a Saturday/Sunday). Easy to get into the centre of Strasbourg by tram.

Superb

The hotel is a very good location, 4 minutes from two tram station which brings you directly in the city center of Strasburg. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy, there is an extra of 8 euros per day but, I found the bowls with water for my dog at the arrival. The breakfast is a bit expensive but the quality and choices are high, which makes the breakfast worth the price.

Unfortunately, the water of the pool in the SPA is a bit cold. Sometimes was difficult to communicate in English.
