Great location, easy to get too, very spacious room

Excellent location, good price for money, fair facility

The location is excellent to reach the city centre. The price is fair for a quite large room for 4 persons.

The beds are not so comfortable and the shower had a significant sign of water infiltrated from the roof. The kitchen is not fully equipped.

Our second visit to Appart'city Strasbourg.

We have used Rateappart city before and liked our stay, The room we had allocated to us this time was much smaller than the last time, but as we were only here for one night it was fine. Parking it at the rear of the hotel and very easy it you do your homework. The address of the parking is not the same as the apartments, and is on a side street, which is one-way and you can't turn down it from the front of the hotel.

Some of the front desk staff could be more friendly.

Nice staff, good location, not noisy. Tram stop in front of the building but train station and center are within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the room should be improved. Beds are not so comfortable, the bathroom has no ventilation.

Excellent Location for a stroll in old town

Our studio was big and clean and kitchen was fully equiped for basic cooking. The location perfect for a stroll in the old town 10 mins walking. Parking access was convenient, just behind the building (15 Euros a day) Staff really friendly and helpful. City supermarket around the corner.

Sometimes noisy because of the Tram nearby when the windows are opened. The pans provided with the kitchen had some damage in them.

Good location, not far from Little Paris area, friendly staff at the reception desk, good facilities.

The one way roads makes it very difficult to find a place to park in order to get the card from the receptionist for the parking( which is just around the corner from the hotel). The area around the hotel is a bit rough.. The apartment was a bit small for a family of 4 but ok for an overnight stop. The lady helping with breakfast in the morning was a bit grumpy..everything had to be done in a certain way..her way..::)

The kitchen was very convenient and the room was large. Staff were really nice and welcoming, nice welcoming drinks (free) at the entrance and nice lobby

The bed was very very uncomfortable and sank, the mattress was just worn out and needed to be replaced On the fourth floor the only window was on a roof, which didn’t feel very big. It’s pretty close to the centre but approximately 15-20 min walk

Perfect for a quick stop'n'visit in Strasbourg

Very central position, we were able to visit the whole city center by foot, but still good acoustic isolation even though the tram stop is right in front of the entrance! Very clean and nice.

It is actually a hotel room with a small kitchen corner (positive note: the kitchen corner is separated by a door from the room) and one eats on the tables in the bedroom.

Strasbourg Trip with Friends

It was spacious, clean and there is a tram station just right outside the Hotel. Very accessible. the Lady who check us in was nice. The Kitchen is very useful. The vendo Machine is not working. And the guy on the reception that night is some kinda rude. We were trying to get some water from the vendo machine but after few tries the guy on the reception told us that it was not working. Then we asked him were we can buy water and coffee and he just said that we can buy tomorrow as the kitchen was close already without giving us any recommendations where we can buy nearby. But it was around 9 or 10 pm. And the way he talks it is somehow rude.

Didn’t have breakfast. Loved the connectivity near the apartment as the tube is right outside the gate. Staff was very warm and the room was very comfortable.
