No additional facilities like a gym and could hear people’s dog barking in the night.

Nice but excessively pricey

The room was decent and reasonably quiet especially given that the hotel is right in the centre and Strasbourg was rammed due to Christmas market. The staff were helpful and polite. Short walk from Christmas markets and train station. It was a good temperature given how cold weather was.

It’s a nice enough hotel but nothing special however we were paying as much as you would do for a luxury hotel in a capital city so the pricing bears no relation to the standard of the hotel. There was some noise from a service lift. And the shower was simple.

Friendly and relaxed hotel in the center of Strasbourg

The location is fantastic, in the center of Strasbourg. The staff were super helpful and kind. We arrived late in the evening and the car park was already full, but they managed to arrange a parking outside the hotel. There are few family games you can use. The atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly. A good variety of food for breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location at a great price

Great location, within walking distance of the train station (in one direction) and the tourist area (in the other direction). Rooms were comfortable, coffee/tea and water is available all day. Good breakfast.

The location is great and withing walking distance to center. A big bonus was having a parking garage.

Very crowded breakfast and was lacking coffee mugs and plates. The staff was overwhelmed and couldn't habdle all the requests

One night stop in Strasbourg to visit downtown and start the journey on the wine road

PARKING: private underground garage. Very small, very narrow. It tends to get full easily, but we were lucky: another guest cancelled last minute. Parking on the streets around: no way. CHECK-IN: easy and quick. STAFF: smiling, friendly and supporting. WIFI/VPN: works. SIZE: appropriate for few days to a week. CLEAN: it looked so. Spotless. Still they have moquette that tends to get dirty. BATHROOM: ok, clean. Funny distribution of the doors made them slam and clash one with the other. QUIET: considering the narrow busy street down the window, it was ok. But if you have to leave the window open for some fresh air, it's far from being a quiet area. No noise from other rooms, however. SERVICES/RESTAURANT/ATTRACTIONS AROUND: you are in the best spot to visit Strasbourg, in our opinion, if you came with your car. Nothing to see from the window, but everything is in a walking distance and you get the vibe of the downtown experience. BREAKFAST: we didn't take it, but you are given free coffee, water and refreshing lemonade at any time in the lobby. Really appreciated.

Accessing the hotel to dump your pieces of luggage and do the checking before parking the vehicle might be tricky if it gets busy. There is very little space to move around and do maneuvers in front and around the hotel. Especially with that amount of pedestrians and cyclists passing by. But that's the old town city center. As mentioned: being in the city center on a narrow street, it tends to be loudly, even at night and if you want window opened: good luck with your earplugs.

Clean, good location, slightly understaffed, but that was not a problem.

Greenwashing at full power, ask you to skip a day of room cleaning, because that would save CO2 equal to the trip from Paris to New York and similar BS.

Nice stay in central Strasbourg

Great location, well decorated hotel and super friendly staff! I ran a race in Strasbourg and was offered to extend my check-out time to have a chance to shower after the competition.

The bathroom would need a bit of a refresh.

Great location and fabulous staff

Location great. Customer service-reception excellent. My husband became unwell and we needed to stay an extra night, even though fully booked they made it work, we so appreciated this customer care. We had a balcony suite and photos of the cathedral from the balcony.

Very surprised there wasn't a small fridge, if staying more than one night this is a must, I'm sure you could fit one in. Also a Smart TV .

nice rooms and lovely staff, just needs more attention for the cleaning

The staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us suggestions for nice local restaurants upon arrival and very patiently asked about our stay when we were leaving. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a super view. Also, our room was very quiet and nice. I liked it very much!

A big point for me for staying in hotels rather than Airbnb is the breakfast, and breakfast here was okay but was very basic and didn't have a lot of options (naturally, even less if you arrive towards the end), and didn't change at all. Also, one time the coffee machine broke during the breakfast, which was a bummer. On the other hand, I didn't like the cleanness of the room; there were quite a lot of stains on the couch and some hairs on the wall in the bathroom. The bed was nice and clean, though. Other than these, I enjoyed my stay.

Great location to explore strasbourg

Easy walk from the train station, tram and main sights in Strasbourg. Comfortable and clean. Only negative was the room layout is a bit odd, as the bed is in the middle of the room. It wasn’t much of an issue for us as we only had small backpacks, but would be tricky with bigger suitcases.

We booked 2 rooms with 3 individual beds and the rooms and the bed were super confy for all. The hotel provides drinks and cakes, they have parking available at reasonable price.

The bar was very nice, but none of the drinks we wanted was available. There is 1 person fir both reception and the bar.

Clean and, for Strasbourg at least, an honest price for what you get

It is well located, and they seem to make an effort in terms of sustainability, which I appreciate. the room is reasonably sized for what is usually available in Strasbourg,

The room was very dark in the evening. The lighting is very limited, and I think they are aiming for a cosy snug feel, which I like, but they went too far and instead of cosy it ends up a bit gloomy. The digital TV system doesn’t really work well. Every so many seconds it starts pixelating, or it freezes outright, or the sound goes off for a second. It doesn’t seem to have enough bandwidth.
