Very conviently located to transport and the beautiful old town. Clean and modern

Walking distance from train station (8 mins flat walk), convenient for our 1-night stoppover. Very clean and spacious room. Huge bed plus 2 children sharing a fold-out couch. Very friendly staff. Within 2 minutes walk you are in the beautiful part of the old town. Expectations were low based on proximity to the train station but I was very pleased to stay here.

Would stay here again if back in Strasbourg!

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom mirror was techy! Reception were exceptional. They helped us 3 times from replacing our room key, free water bottle to our room when we asked and hot water for our cup noodles when we craved for ramen to eat at but could not find one in Petit France. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the green juice. American bacon. The scrambled eggs were the best by far from all the hotels in Europe I have been too, creamy.

There was only one pillow. Bathroom was really chilly and cold as the cold outdoor condition was able to convect into the bathroom. Room and decor were dated.

Wonderfully located hotel with warm, friendly, accommodating staff.

We had a nice breakfast in a very spacious, whimsical dining area. There was plenty of room in the lobby area to mingle with our friends. The staff were very friendly and super helpful to us. We really cannot say enough about how accommodating they were. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel but we didn't use it because this hotel is in such a super location. Everything seemed walkable in 10 minutes. Even the train station.

The parking is across the street from the hotel. It is very secure and locked up--a good thing really, it's just not ultra convenient and you have to drive up on tram tracks and the sidewalk which is a bit disconcerting when it's busy out. However, the hotel bends over backwards to explain how to access it.

Small things - nothing that would not stop me coming back, however, lovely bar advertised but not staffed / open. My safe was not working and shower attachment was wobbly with screws. Small things and it should not put visitors off.

Wonderful stay!

Great, comfortable hotel. We could check-in early. It is centrally located, close to public transport, cafes, restaurants and everything for sightseeing is within walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Strasbourg.

Awesome!

Really pretty and well decorated

I noticed there was a few things that weren’t great with the room, for example the tv wouldn’t connect to wifi which meant no shows could be cast on the tv, and also one shower attachments didn’t work well/was broken and shot water into the ceiling, you can tell water has been hitting the ceiling for a wall creating water damage, overall an amazing place to stay though!

the location is excellent with only a few minutes walk into the central tourist district, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel, only a few minutes walk from the main station. Very friendly and helpful staff. very quiet hotel with lots of cafes, bars and resturants nearby.

Basic, but the location makes it worthwhile

Location was great. Only a couple of minutes' walk from the train station and even less to the old town. Room was very quiet with the windows shut. Even with a music festival going on in the town it was still very quiet. I was on the top floor which probably helps with that. It was also very dark with the curtains shut which isn't always guaranteed in Europe.

As others have said, the air conditioning isn't very strong. It was 35 degrees C when I stayed and the room didn't cool down a whole lot. For the same reason it would have been really handy to have a mini fridge in the room. The room also could have been cleaner. The linen, floor and bathroom were all fine, but the ceiling was fairly low and covered in cobwebs.

Great hotel but no a/c

The hotel itself is very lovely and the location is great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

While the property states that the rooms are air conditioned they are not. This usually isn’t a problem but we had a heat wave and were only given a small desk fan for one of the larger rooms.

Great location, but strange smoke smell when I was there.

The location was really good, close to the station and many dining options. The breakfast was also nice, in a bright hall.

At the time I was there, they seemed to have an issue with a very strong smell of smoke in the corridor leading to my room, as well as in my room's bathroom. The kind you would get from an open chimney or for smoking hams. Fortunately, I could close the door to the bathroom, so the smell did not permeate the rest of the room.

The A/C didn’t work. No matter how low we made the temperature the room never cooled off. The room was very hot. The bathroom door was a pocket door and it was broken. To open or close the door you had to lift it and carry it. It was missing one of the trolleys for the overhead track.

Stuff were very friendly. Location is excellent. You don't have to pay in advance. Quiet to sleep.Comfortable.We stayed one night only,but the next time we want to come back in this hotel and stay longer.

the room was incredibly small and not very clean. There was so much dust and the bathroom smelled of mold. the shower was so small I could not move.
