We loved walking around the Strasbourg Christmas Markets!

Great location… very close to the Christmas Markets and a walkable distance from the train station!

No elevator! It was very difficult to drag our 50 pound bags up the stairs!

If I travel there again, i would stay at this Hotel again

By 4 minutes walking you can reach the city center, wifi worked well. Toilet was clean. Af the end you can leave your backpack there for few hours for free.

Person on reception in evening and morning who were very helpful. Very quiet but also central, down a little street , easy walk from the train station.

Very inconfortable beds.

The location is great, in the center, and calm. No parking. We had a room 23 at the second floor for three persons. It was clean.

Single bed was not stable. Double bed was only 190x140cm and in a very bad shape; not straight. It felt like sleeping on a hill.

Loved the room. Spotlessly clean, including the communal areas. Lovely huge shower with great pressure. Fantastic location, right in the heart, but so quiet. Bed super comfortable. Loved my stay and would return. Excellent value for money too.

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of wonderful Strasbourg

I stayed here for one night only, but it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is located right in the city centre with the cathedral and other important sites being only a couple of minutes away. The hotel building is also splendid with a great interior. You should definitely spend some time just to explore all of it. The staff is equally welcoming and friendly, it was pleasure to interact with them. My room significantly surpassed my expectations and even had a private sink and mirror. I just wish I could stay here for a longer period of time!

The room is spacious and everything met my expectation. It is located near the tram station and is convinent to get to anywhere in the city. But i did not use the public transport as the city is not big and every tourist attrations are within the walking distance.

Unfrotunately I lost two of my genuine charging cables in the room and casued panic during my remaining stay in Europe. I contacted with the hotel after i arrived at Colmar, not far away from the hotel, but cound not find them.

A cozy nest in Petit France

This hotel is very close to the centre of the old town close to the Cathedral. It is a few steps from a wonderful bakery, fromagerie cafes and bars. Also close to a tram route. The atmosphere and staff are friendly, and you are staying in an historic building. It is very clean and comfortable, and warm, and the shower was wonderful. I loved my stay.

There is no lift, also the walls are very thin but that is to be expected in a 16th century building.

One of the best sleeps on my trip.

The propery is situated in great location and in very beautiful old building. The room was super comfortable with clean bathroom. I would recommend to anyone. First thing you hear in the morning are birds. That is so nice

Problem could be parking, but it is possible to find somewhere around. One more thing that could be useful is small fridge in room, in case you have anything that should be kept cold.

Good location and clean

Great location, close to the main town attractions, safe environment. The room is great for a good sleep, has the right temperature and was facing the back, so no noise at all, anyways de hotel is located on a very quiet road. Bathroom is shared, but is clean.

That the shower was on the third floor only. (I stayed on the 1st floor)

Great location, easy to find. A short walk to everything you would want to see. The room was comfortable and access details were communicated early.

Given there was no-one at the hotel when I arrived, it would have been helpful to receive details about where to store my luggage when I arrived early. Upon arrival, I tried calling twice and no-one answered the phone. I found a cleaner and she was very helpful.

Cozy stay with old world charm

Centrally located this boutique old property is creeky but has a old world charm. Comfortable stay, equidistant to all attractions. Warm welcoming staff. Detailed instructions on arrival n codes. Overall cozy place and definitely value for money for budget stay

Peaceful stay in the center of Strasbourg

The hotel is in a great location! In the middle of everything but at the same time it is in a calm street where you can sleep peacefully. It is very cute and good for short stay. Also the staff was very helpful and nice.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it's right in the centre. The staff was also very helpfull. We were a bit early and they were checking if we could enter our room already. Unfortunately due some internet problems they couldn't find my reservation. We were allowed to leave our stuff there. Room was simple but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

You can hear everything! I was awake pretty much the whole night due one of the neighbours who was snoring. You can hear every convo, also from outside. It's a very simple and old hotel. Even though its clean it smells old. The reception is at the first floor, it is really messy. I have to say that it just doesn't really feel like a hotel.

Excellent location. The hallway of the hotel is old, but our room was completely renovated, clean and with comfortable beds. The hotel staff allowed us to leave our things there during the day after leaving the room. Recommendation 😊

this was an amazing stay the location and price was stunning from the get go. I wouldn’t change a thing. Patricia was the highlight of my stay so welcoming and friendly. easy to access and rooms had all necessity’s 10/10

hotel was under construction which some may see as a safety hazard but I saw as an opportunity to live life to the fullest I truly felt like I was Kevin McAllister from home alone 2 in the big city.
