Superb location at a value price

Location was super closeby and central not only to the christmas markets but also to get the day trip busses.

Bed was comfortable but mattress keeping moving and pillow would fall through the gap quite often and it wasnt comfirtable to the neck

Pleasant stay

Staff: Very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The room was very clean.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near a public transport stop; however, the surrounding area felt a bit dark at night, especially due to its proximity to a park. Room: The room décor reflects an older style and could benefit from renovation, as it felt somewhat dated for the price.

Not as advertised, in poor condition

Bed was comfortable

Floors were dirty upon arrival, shelves covered in dust, paint chips all over the walls, the shower head was broken and could not hold itself up to shower at all comfortable height, hot water was non existent (for two days straight it took 30+ minutes to get the water to at least luke warm, enough to shower- maintenance was called and did not help, basically told us it is a big problem across the whole building and nothing they can do)

The personnell is nice and responsive. The location is convenient, we arrive in 20 mins in the center and 10-15 mins to the trainstation.

We visited Strasbourg for the Christmas markets. Too expensive for what is offered, even though the prices were high everywhere. Only the essential areas are cleaned, the were many corners which haven't been dusted in a while.

Short and pleasant stay in a convenient location

The service was perfect. The room was clean and well equipped for a short stay if you want to prepare your meals. There is also a laundry. The location is about 15 minute walk to the old city -nice walk-. It is only 2 mn walks from the public transport.

Great Location, Value Choice, Friendly Staff

Staff were helpful concerned about the cleanliness issues we raised and dealt with these issues quickly. Aparthotel style with everything you need, small room and very small bathroom. Apparently undergoing room by room upgrade. More student style accommodation with colourful reception area. Great idea was the wall of small appliances that you could borrow for your stay, ideal if you want a good coffee machine. Location is excellent, easy walking distance to Petite France.

Cleanliness, mould in bathroom, stains on mattress in first room, but staff answered our concerns quickly and changed our room. Staff engaged in making sure that you have a great stay. Room small, but that is common in France.

Good location.

The pics they put here are a total misunderstanding. The room I got was old and very dirty. The bedsheets were incredibly dirty. Parking in the basement of the building, quite creepy.

A very pleasant and convenient place to stay which added to our enjoyment of the city and area.

Very pleasant place to stay within easy reach of railway station. Very good choice at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cooking facilities were very useful as were the washers and dryers for clothes.

Difficult to access due to building work going on next door, but that is not the fault of the Aparthotel.

Good value, good location

Very good location. Close to both the train station and the center. Breakfast was nice with good vegan options. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel amenities like washer and dryer were convenient. The staff was helpful.

There is major construction next door and behind the hotel so it begins to get noisy in the morning and part of the street is closed off. The hotel is cute with lots of furnishings and games for kids but it needs editing; it is too cluttered and lots of hotel cleaning supplies left out in the open.

It was in a rough area, the kitchen tap was broken, the shower was loose and the outside space was disappointingly grimy. It was a dumping ground. The staff were were unhelpful and not particularly friendly.

Good Hotel with Great Location

Nice International type hotel, clean comfortable with charged underground parking for cars and motorcycles (15EUR per day 2025). The best part was the location, outside of the bustle but in easy walking distance to the station and Petit le France (The picturesque old town of Strasbourg

Staff were friendly and helpful

This property is rated 8.2 on booking.com and after staying in several other properties booked on this website, this property is definitely not rated accurately. The rooms are small, there was no running water out of any taps or shower in room, apparently a broken pipe the night before, no hot water so we had to leave without having a shower or even a wash. The foyer and facilities, room were not clean. When we went up to our room the floor of the area to our room had plastic on the carpets, strong paint smell as they were painting, subsequently had to have the door in our room open to get rid of strong paint smell. We shortened our stay by one night, after some discussion with staff they eventually refunded one night, I believe they should have advised future bookings of the renovation works, paint smell, so at least I could have had the opportunity to book another hotel instead of finding out once checked in. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

Pleasant stay. We would book again and recommend the hotel.

Close proximity to the city center. Cleanness of the area. Warm welcoming feeling on the ground floor around reception - colourful and bright, nice decor; nice idea with offering games to borrow for guests and additional appliances. Very helpful and dedicated staff at the reception.

Instead of the second table in the room a little 2-seat sofa would be much more suitable for comfort. The phone and lamp could be on a little shelf on the wall. Unfortunately, the noises from the construction site next door were starting early in the morning and were disturbing but understable.

Location is good. close enough to train station and petite french. the gentlemen who works in the reception on two shifts were all very nice and welcoming. however...

however. the lady who is in the morning shift looked down on us, and asking for the proof that we stayed there. we bring tea from outside, she asked us to pay two euros, because she THINKS we took her tea. she asked twice to my husband! when we showed her thats not her tea. she just said "okay" and continue pretending typing on her computer. very murky face. not saying sorry or whatsoever. I feel sorry for her colleagues who did their best for their guests .

Warm welcome; ideal location

We were attracted by the opportunity to self-cater. The kitchen was compact but manageable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great access to the railway station and the historic town centre. A couple of excellent supermarkets nearby.

The bathroom floor was in urgent need of new grout. But having a heated towel rail was great. Meant we could reuse towels from one day to the next.

Very clean, easy to check in. Kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, pots and pans. Wasn’t far from the centre, about a 10-15 minute walk

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location was fairly well-situated, just a 10-minute walk from Petite France.

The room was fairly clean, but the floor was very dirty; it looked like they hadn't mopped it for weeks, it was quite dusty. The shower door wouldn't close.

The hotel was clean, walking distance (10 minutes) to train station, staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable.

Poor wifi connection in some parts in the room. The breakfast could be more diverse and some vegetables could be included.
