The best things about the hotel was that it was within walking distance to le petit France area, and the off-street parking (for a fee). The room was quiet.
Our "deluxe" suite had poor quality fittings. The hotel is not close to cafes or restaurants. Also, the wifi kept dropping out in our room.

I was surprised how big the room was. The toilet was nice and big. There was a small kitchen with utensils. Basic things where there. My 3 year old daughter who usually wakes up after 5 hours of sleeping to drink another bottle of milk did not wake up. She slept at least 8 hours every night that we where there. It was a very comfortable stay. Also, there is a rotisserie around 7 minutes away by foot that sells roasted chicken. I brought a whole chicken home, I am still thinking about it up to this date.

10-15 minutes away by foot from petite france
Not really an issue as I like to walk and explore.
Shower cubicle is enough for my size but if a bigger person might be a struggle.

Location was super closeby and central not only to the christmas markets but also to get the day trip busses.
Bed was comfortable but mattress keeping moving and pillow would fall through the gap quite often and it wasnt comfirtable to the neck

The price and the 11 am checkout time are beneficial. They have lockers for your luggage, so this is handy if you want to explore the area more before getting to your next location. They are big enough for a 10kg rucksack or roll-on but not a full-sized suitcase. You can get a taxi to take you to the front door of the hotel; not the case for some, as Strasbourg has tram lines and cobbled streets, so limited areas for cars.
The staff are very friendly, and there is a nice selection of breakfast items available.
The rooms are very dated and basic. I did not like the location; it is not in the nice section of Petit France and as a lone traveller I felt far safer and enjoyed the sister hotel which is in a much nicer location near the square and also is very updated and modern.
