Clean and spacious room, nice breakfast. Although it’s far from the city center it is very easy to get there by bus and tram. The station is right in front of the hotel The only problem was that it was pretty cold but luckily we had the heater in the bathroom and we used that one

Arrived at the hotel late around 11.30pm to find a new member of staff on reception who could not get in touch with the Manager. We were advised that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for us! After waiting around 40 mins we were told that they had a room for us for that night and we would have to speak to someone in the morning about the other 2 nights!!? It was very stressful experience. It was resolved in the morning but so unnecessary! Room was clean, spacious and modern, however the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it and the shelf in the shower was placed in a very strange place which caught my shoulder/back every time I used the shower it was a H&S issue. There was no hairdryer in my room I reported this on first morning but this was never replaced. The bar was lovely but closed early and drinks and glasses were still on the table the afternoon after the night before we had them! Overall poor service levels although the property was lovely in style and parking was convenient. I would not stay here again!

Nice hotel but we were disappointed that that the pool costs extra 15 euros per person and no kids allowed after 5 pm, as we specifically looked for a hotel with pool access for kids.

The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not comfortable (mattress warped). The handheld shower does not have a hook at the higher position, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use and does not want to use the overhead shower. The location was okay, near a supermarket and food outlets.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg with public transport links closeby. There are bus stops just across the road and you can get into the City centre within 30 mins. Alternatively it is easy to get a taxi which cost us about €12. There is also a McDonald's, Intermarche and a sushi restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The supermarket also has a petrol station. The hotel has plenty of free parking in a two level underground car park with a lift. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room which was a studio room, had a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. There was also a selection of cutlery and cooking utensils. The bed was clean and comfortable with power sockets to the side of the headboard. The bathroom was clean, well maintained and had a good shower. We had a minor issue when we checked in as the TV had a faulty screen. We chose another room which was fine. We paid for breakfast which is served from 06:30 to 10:00 and consisted of a continental buffet but also had a selection of cooked breakfast as well. The only negative was the cost of the swimming and spa. The swimming pool was €15 each for 2 hours. Overall I would definitely recommend it if visiting Strasbourg.

Pleasantly surprised. Large room with a kitchenette, clean bathroom and a smart TV with Wi-Fi that also worked well. Excellent breakfast with more than enough choice. Free parking in the underground garage was also a plus. Large supermarket across the street

Property was in top condition and we had a very comfortable stay for 4 days. Though it is slightly away from city centre it was well connected to the city centre which you could reach in 15-20mins. There are local grocery stores like Lidl and Inter Marché which was super convenient.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the location even though it’s a few mins out of the center. We can either walk a few mins to take the train into the center or Uber it. The hosts at the front were super friendly. Shoutout to Mona, thanks again for your kindness. Rooms were clean and spacious. I’d recommend.

The staff were great,including in the restaurant. Room was god size and had everything we needed. Like majority of French hotels, no english tv channels and unable to cast or screen mirror even though it was a smart tv. 15 minute wal, to tram although bus runs in front of hotel.

The hotel is nice and in good shape. BUT the spa, sauna and pool are NOT for free, which is/was indicated by the info on Hotels.com, so that's for sure very disappointing. It costs a lot of extra euros for to use those. :-/ One very positive thing about the hotel is that there's free charging at 4 charger for your electric car.

Stopover stay only. Staff wonderful. Felt safe. Apartment sparse and feels functional, lacking some basics had we wanted to cook. Car parking a bit ropey if you have a tall vehicle or roof box. Getting to town requires walks / buses / trams or taxi. Gym very lightly equipped. Didn’t try pool (too expensive)

Stayed for 4 nights on vacations. The facilities are very good including underground parking. I didnt find so nice the fact that there is no room cleaning and pool/sauna included in the price. The location is a little suburban, taking at least 30 min to the city center. Not much to do or eat around the hotel.

Rooms very looking very nice and beds were comfortable Breakfast selection was sufficient and bread was fresh staff was very friendly and helpful - Spa was NOT free (15 euros per person for 2 hours), although on the booking page it says it is included. For external people, the spa costs 28 euros for 4 hours.. So even cheaper than when you are staying in the hotel? - If you want to visit Strasbourg we would recommend choosing something a bit more central

Wonderful Hotel. The pull out couch is awfully uncomfortable though. Kids had backaches and mattress needs replacement. It kept moving downward. Maybe another bed instead of couch would be a better solution. Breakfast was fantastic. Best croissants and jelly in the world. Very nice and helpful staff.

The place is new and seems nice but lots of details missing, phone not plugged in, no coffee cups, difficult to figure out fold out couch and couldn't adjust the temp or fan in the room. Fine but disappointing as we have always loved Citadines.

Room was clean, updated, with fridge and induction stovetop. mostly quiet. Downstairs area was modern. Parking was fairly convenient. Sauna and Pool hours were 0900 - 2100, so if youre in town for dinner, basically unusable. Street signs identify this property as outside Strasbourg, but still had to pay a city tax upon checking in.
