Everything is great about Le Grand Hotel. Conveniently located across from train station, it provides traveller with modern, stylish accommodation and top notch service. Luggage storage was most appreciated. Breakfast was a varied tasty buffet. I would not hesitate to recommend.

So close to train station, excellent breakfast, friendly staffs, bonus baggage early and after storage for free. Really enjoy my stays for sure highly recommend to friends and families.

We have been there with 2 couples for two nights. The rooms are nice, clean and fully equipped. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and most of all: super location to start your visit in Strasbourg

The only real advantage of this hotel is its location, being directly opposite the main train station. The rooms are spacious, but the overall experience was disappointing.
No complimentary drinking water is provided, and there are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. If you want a coffee, you have to go down to the reception area and pay to use a vending machine, which offers poor-quality coffee and little value.
What concerned me most was that the housekeeping staff entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed, which is a serious privacy issue.
The breakfast was average, with limited variety and nothing memorable. Considering the facilities and service provided, the hotel does not offer good value for money. I would not choose to stay here again.
