It was a decent hotel. Good for a night or two, but not ideal for a long stay.

Amazing location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, free coffee/tea in the lobby.

The toilet did not have a sink or a trash can, so I had to walk to the bathroom located on the other side of the apartment to wash my hands. Not really ideal. Also, the pillow cases seemed clean, but they had a weird (not washed) smell. Additionally, even though there was a coffee machine available in the room, there was no complimentary coffee available.

Pleasant family stay in the heart of Strasbourg

Very much enjoyed our family stay here

Excellent location in the heart of Strasbourg, just 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Central Station and the old quarterof Petite France. Just a short distance from the main tram intersection /Homme de Fer. The rooms were fine, clean and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Staff helpful and friendly,

Hotel is within walking distance of station and in a pedestrian area very close to main attractions. We had a lovely welcome at reception and our room was large with a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave and stove etc. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location.

It has a small hotel feel but it is well appointed.

Unfortunately, due to construction, the hotel parking was closed. They did inform us before our arrival but this type of information should be available before booking. The location is convenient but some sort of offering for midday or late night snacks and drinks would be an improvement.

Excellent location and a Comfortable stay

Location-location-location! Pleasant service, sufficient rooms, perfectly situated to most touristy areas.

We were staying in May 2025 when the street was undergoing renovations. Constructions and drilling started at 7 am. Also our room was right above an outdoor restaurant seating- result is noice to late hours. However, it only added to the city charm and the street soon will be beautiful and new:)

very good location and comfortable

location was fantastic. it is very close to Kleber square, Katedhral and nice restaurants and pubs. you can park your car to hotel's limited parking area or Kleber Square Parking area. Reception was friendly and helpful.

-nice appartement in the city center -very good breakfast - perfect location with possibility of parking in the city center (payment 18 euro) -big room

Good location, close to the cathedral, bakeries and restaurants.

I chose this hotel because it said it had a washer and dryer and we were traveling for over a month. It does have two washers and one dryer on the first floor, not in your room. It is 5 euros for each load, they provide two laundry baskets for you to use. The hotel is about 6-8 blocks from the rail station, (fine to walk to for day trips by rail to Colmar, etc. but a bit far for hauling luggage), but walkable to the cathedral, restaurants etc. The bus station is only a half block away. The rooms vary in size, but have a living room, kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combo and a bedroom. They also have an iron and ironing board in the rooms. The neighborhood seemed very safe and busy. We took a Segway tour around Strasbourg and the meeting place was right by the hotel.

There was a terrible smell in our room when we checked in and it continued to get worse, by the next day we couldn't stand the smell. We did change rooms and the smell was gone, but it was an inconvenience for us and took our valuable vacation time to do it. They were doing construction in front of the hotel so the sidewalk and streets were all torn up and they started dropping off equipment early each morning (6:00am), making it hard to sleep. You also had to carry your suitcases to the hotel unless you wanted to drag the rolling wheels through the gravel.

Exceptional

The Hotel is very good placed, in the city center very near of the old city. Everything was perfect, clean and most important it has it's own parking because in Strasbourg City Center the Parking can cost 45 euro pro day. I can surely recommend this Hotel.

Overall good space and location for 4 people!

Shared room with my daughter and 2 friends. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, and open-up beds were easy to open and comfortable. We were able to get decent coffee and tea from the cafeteria, which was nice in the morning. Staff was friendly and location was good.

Windows overlooked a terrace that had garbage on it (a slipper, a sock) that made the view unpleasant and feel slightly unsafe since anyone could climb up to it and enter room easily through large windows. No air-conditioning of any kind, but luckily it wasn’t so hot. The fans were helpful, but one of the rooms was just big enough for a large bed, and the placement of the outlet made it difficult to put the fan in a good place to use properly.

Friendly and well located

Excellent location, spacious and clean, bathroom and toilet are two separate rooms, quiet floor. We had room 208. Staff super friendly. Parking is safe and convenient. Staff amazing: it was our wedding anniversary and they kindly gave us free car park. Thank you.

Fantastic location, super friendly and helpful staff. laundry mat on property. 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. €5 each. great coffee all day. we occupied 1 bedroom apartment with 2 couples. Foldout sofa was very comfortable, so was bed in bedroom. And safe parking for our bikes.

nice comfortable place to stay within walking distance to everything

15 min walk from train station but only 2 stops if you want to catch the tram. good location with easy walking distance to the old town of Strasbourg. Little mix up with the room but all fixed up and complement breakfast include. Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. A couple of the power points did not work but no big deal. All in all a nice hotel in a good location
