Perfect location for central Strasbourg. Parking directly underneath the hotel was very conveniant. The adjoining hotel had a nice bar.

Excellent location & comfortable Ibis quality

Very comfortable bed. The perfume of the lobby was very nice. The breakfast was satisfying and the server was very energetic. The view from the room window was very good, central overlooking the river. The location is excellent and the streets around are safe & clean.

Upon arrival the lobby toilets did not have toilet paper. We told the receptionist and she just said ok. The welcome can be more friendly. The deposit was not something we were expecting. The amount was very high! Also they did not release it back on time. We did not like this policy. It was unecessary as we paid off the full amount upon arrival. The hotel cannot expect guests to have so much extra money to offer just for a deposit. This policy must change. Also, the room toilets were small like a ship cabin. The breakfast coffee mugs were dusty and it was not nice. Also the rooms were dusty eventhough the cleaning lady did a good job everyday. But the surfaces are black, so the dust showed. Lastly, there is a club situated in the mall where the hotel is located at and our room was above the club. It was very noisy and could not sleep on the 1st night. We would have preferred a more quiet room.

The hotel is very well located, allowing a perfect visit to the city of Strasbourg. The room had a very nice view. The staff was correct and helpful.

Very good hotel but sanitary problem at the restaurant due to the mall

Rooms are compact but very convenient. Everything you need is there, no more no less. Beds are very comfortable. The receptionist was extremely kind and professional. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of different foods.

We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant which also has an access through the mall (les Halles). The food was very good and the staff very friendly. However, when les Halles closed (around 8:00 pm) rats and mice appeared, first at the mall which we saw through the glass windows/doors and then at the restaurant itself (we only saw mice at the restaurant). We talked to the staff which explained that they were doing all they could but that the problem was at the mall. Nevertheless, this is a real problem which urgently needs to be solved. It is really a pity because the hotel and the restaurant are quite nice.

The bed was not so comfortable and from the last floor you could hear weird noises coming from the roof especially at night( maybe some big machine like air-condition idk). It affected our sleep a lot.
