The room was a lift and very small roof space and very hot room.

Ibis Strasbourg Center Les Halles has great location. It is walking distance to train station and also Strasbourg old city. Both room and bathroom were good size. Breakfast was not included in our room price, but basic breakfast buffet was available for a fee. Hotel was good value for money for location.
Room lockers for room card are obsolete and it takes a while to open the room door. One room needed to be exchanged as the room locker did not work at all. Reception staff was very helpful in case of issues. Room had only basic facilities, but it is common for Ibis everywhere.

Hotel was practical, location excellent close to everything. Everything was very clean and breakfast good.
Key cards for rooms were poor - every second time I tried to enter the room the card was not working and I needed to go reception to refresh it!! That was really annoying!

the bed. The mattress is so thin that is like sleeping on the hard surface of the bed.
