This was the perfect home away from home for our stay in Strasbourg.

The property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Xmas markets but close enough to walk there in just a few minutes. It’s quiet, and the small number of rooms means not a lot of coming and going at all hours. It was a very peaceful stay for us.

VERY overpriced, NO COMMUNICATION

The Sauna was great, and the shared spaces were neat and tidy.

There was no communication at all, to the point that we didn't even know what the check in procedure was - if you want to leave your bags somewhere before your stay, you will have to find another place (this is more like an Airbnb that you can only access after 5pm - NOT a hotel). We had also requested extra towels to use at the Sauna and a hairdryer - our message and call was ignored (but was 'read' by the owner) and we did not receive either of the items. The price does not reflect any sort of value you will obtain from this property. The 'double bed' is a joke - could barely fit two people, and while we expected the room to be small, there was barely any room to put our suitcases down.

It felt dirty and musty,

The bathtub was nice, good location walking distance to the city center, easy to find

The pillows reeked of a foul smell, we had to go buy our own ner pillows because they were so bad. When communicated to the host they had no alternatives but just shrugged their shoulders and said they never had that problem with the cleaning crew before, so they did not even have a set of extra pillows available if needed. The room was cold no matter the thermostat, and the quilt and the robes provided also smelled bad but not nearly as bad as the pillows

Very poor performance and attitude by personnel, facilities ok

The facilities in themselves were fine, but the fire alarm/smoke detector went off several times during the night for no apparent reason, and we had no sleep. There was no way of silencing it and it went on and off by itself about 15 times. Nobody answered our telephone calls/messages. It continued throughout the morning until we fled the house. We had already left when they sent a message to ask if we had been smoking (no, we are non-smokers). That was all we ever heard from the personnel.😠

Extremely poor performance and attitude by the personnel!!! First no answer, then - after we had already left - a short message stating that they cannot believe this could have happened and question did you smoke in the room, then complete silence. No explanation. No excuses. No compensation for a horrible night with no sleep.

Great location, quite and private! And the tub on the ground floor is wonderful.

Super-private room, lofty ceilings, those awesome Euro windows. I took advantage of the tub on the ground floor; reallllly nice, I spent an hour soaking and no-one interrupted. Delicious.

You MUST fix the step out of the room. Someone's gonna fall and die. There's an immedaite 5cm drop which is surprising immediately out the door, and it seems likely that someone will topple headforward down the stairs and dive down the gap at the end to the floor below. FIX THIS.

Great for a short attractive and smooth stay!

The room bathroom and bed were very clean and comfortable and by usa standards the mattress was extra long. The provided linens, and shower care products were quite adequate, there were two small water bottles and the possibility to make coffee. Near enough to the train station and older parts of the town. The very modern style bathroom felt luxurious.

Traveling is hard work and a little bigger water bottles would have been nice but it was super essential they were there!

Good looking in the photos

Good location. Stylish (but already needs fexing)

Unfortunately, our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. Upon entering the apartment, there was a very strong and unpleasant sewage smell inside. Since the check-in was self-service, we tried to contact the owner for assistance, but were unable to reach anyone — calls were not answered and messages went unanswered. As a result, the issue was never resolved during our stay. Another inconvenience was that the bedroom had no doors, so the smell spread throughout the entire apartment, including the sleeping area. The mattress was also too soft for our comfort, lacking proper support. The “spa area” was a joke — it consisted only of a small jacuzzi and a sauna located in a separate area, which did not meet our expectations of a spa experience. Lastly, we never received the check-in instructions in advance. When we arrived, we tried calling the host but got no response. Only after sending a message did we receive a reply — several hours later.

The best room I had in Strasbourg in 9 years I am visiting the city on a monthly basis

Everything was more than perfect. If I had to mention something that would be the dirty dishes and forks in dishwasher and that there were no napkins.

Very small room, the overall place is not nice at all. Avoid for this price.

The location is good, not far from the old town

The place isnot a Spa, the the saua has 0 privacy and the Jacuzzi is a joke. The room was extremely small, and not at the level of what they charge (around 150€) For this price you can get a much better hotel in the old town or outside. The pictures do not show how the rooms are, they are basically a bait.

Return the money!

Nothing

Our apartment was busy! No one answered the phone or messages. The staff knew that the apartments were occupied and did not warn us and did not provide us with others. We had to look for a new hotel late in the evening. No apologies were made, nothing. Worst service ever! I Do not recommend!

Very pleasant and memorable

Location was great. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the main sites. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The spa downstairs was excellent.

There was no air condition in the room and we happened to be there during a very hot week. However, the staff member was nice enough to give us a fan which helped.

The location is very good, close to the centre of town. The design is also good.

The fact that the owners knew of the damaged beds yet they still let us book the unit for the full price of 300€ per night is unethical. Then giving us a smaller apartments for the 2nd night, which is a cheaper unit cause it only has 1 bedroom and a sleeper coach. Not refunding us... is actually criminal in my view. No water glasses in the apartment in quadruple apartment, not enough soap either. Mouldy smell in the carpeted area in the 2nd apartment

Exceptional

The apartment was spacious, clean, and quick support after encountering an issue with key. The extra amnesties (sauna and pool) were like a big plus especially that not much can be done at night in Strasbourg.

I would recommend adding hand soap in bathrooms and water bottle especially that we arrived at night.

great place to stay in Strasbourg

Loved the design of the property. convenient location, parking wasn’t an issue on the street too which I thought it would be. quite a busy back steeet so lots of people coming and going. The pool and Sauna were a great addition to the stay.

The Pillows unfortunately smelled of sweat, I would recommend to the owner that they should get new pillows in the bedroom. The rest of the property was clean this was the only issue, however I feel it’s quite important. Second thing was there are tonnes of pictures of the Kitchen, which was nowhere to be found. I asked the other guests and they didn’t know either.

Awesome suite - bad check-in experience

Spontaneously booked - the suite is very nice, modern, big and comfortable with it‘s whirlpool, rain shower, king size bed and 2 TV‘s.

Unfortunately the „self check-in“ did not work very well. No infos at all, had to search the entrance, calls were not answered and we had to wait 20min until we got the key.

I expected more.

Good location.

1. Very hard to find the place in the middle of the street, almost impossible. Also it doesn't exist on google maps, maybe cause it's a new residence. 2. Self check in. I personally do not have a problem with that, but you can get confused with the other rooms. 3. The electricity went down, there was no power for about 10 minutes. 4. No elevator, many stairs.
