Location is very central for the city and tram links. The historic parts of the city are an easy 7 minute walk away. Breakfast was first rate and the lady keeping up with clearing tables and restocking food, drink, crockery and cutlery was amazing.
My small single room was very comfortable and well designed but the bathroom had a glass shelf under the washbasin which was a little awkward to get past to reach the toilet.

The location being steps away from the main Christmas market was great. It was very easy to walk everywhere and is conveniently next to a couple tram stops. The hotel breakfast was simple, but good, and the windows overlook the square. The rooms are all themed, which was a cute touch.
The hotel being in the old town means rooms are built to fit. The bathroom was VERY small, which was OK since it was a single room, but still made it somewhat difficult.

Good location. Comfortable bed.
Our room was left open by the cleaner whilst we were out and wasn’t properly cleaned.
Tried to charge us for breakfast that we didn’t have.
