A comfortable stay in a great location

The location being steps away from the main Christmas market was great. It was very easy to walk everywhere and is conveniently next to a couple tram stops. The hotel breakfast was simple, but good, and the windows overlook the square. The rooms are all themed, which was a cute touch.

The hotel being in the old town means rooms are built to fit. The bathroom was VERY small, which was OK since it was a single room, but still made it somewhat difficult.

Great location for Christmas Markets!

Excellent location. We were a group of 8 extended family members ages mid 40's to 80 in Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets and this hotel is literally in the center of one of the markets and within easy walking distance to several other markets. The metro train was right around the corner and made it very easy to use. Numerous eateries close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is typical for rooms and showers in Europe to be much smaller than US, but one couple had to switch rooms because their shower was so small they literally couldn't turn around or bend over in it without hitting scalding hot pipes. Also, I had contacted the hotel prior to our stay to ask about luggage storage since we would be arriving before check in time and also needed a place to store our luggage for a couple of hours after check out until we headed to the train station to go back to Paris and was told luggage storage was available in the lobby. The "lobby" is literally nothing more than a desk in a hallway with some cabinets behind it. There was no way luggage for 8 people could be stored there. One of our rooms was ready when we checked in so we stored all of our luggage there and they allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours in the breakfast room after check out.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here during the Christmas markets. You can't get a better location than right on the Kleber square. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are very unique and the decor suits the building they are in. The bed was super comfy and it was a lovely authentic stay.

They could have provided a bottle of water for the guests in the bedroom instead of having to buy one and the hot water settings are a bit too tricky to get to work.

Small hotel in convenient location

My small attic room was pleasant, definitely only suitable for one guest. The location of the hotel was convenient and the reception staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Some updates in the room are needed. The carpet was stained and shabby.

Small top story rooms had tiny bathroom with basin tap that could not be set to cold as it hit the basin.

Comfortable stay in a great city.

We took the 30m room for three people, it was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good in terms of what was offered. The location was extremely central, in Place Kleber, and the parking is very close in the Place Kleber underground parking.

The trams passed immediately outside in the street and started at 04:30, which was a disturbing factor. The breakfast room was fairly crowded and narrow. The parking was 50 Euros for the ~36 hours we were there, even with the hotel discount (remember to ask for that when you leave: it saved us 13 Euro.)

Location was great, in the center. You can go everywhere by walk. Very cute style of the rooms. Nice people. Very good breakfast with nice view.

You have to park your car in the garage - be careful off the hight of the car (max 1,80!) otherwise you have to park outside the city center and then you came to hotel by tram.

Excellent location, spacious room, modern bathroom. Very clean and newly renovated. All city attractions are in walking distance. There's an underground parking right next to the hotel so we did not have any trouble with our car. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

Great location in the centre of a beautiful city

Fairly spacious room and a reasonable bathroom. The hotel is in the very centre of the old city, about 200 m from the cathedral. They have an arrangement with Indigo car park located right in front of the hotel.

It was rather noisy. Plenty of revellers late into the evening, trams, etc.

Disappointed

Rooms comfortable, however very confusing and difficult to get to the hotel by car, not clear that you have to park in a public car park first and that the hotel only has pedestrian access. We were told that breakfast was at 7, but turned out to be at 7.30, unfortunately we had to leave before we could have breakfast given a tight schedule. Disappointed with the overall experience
