    From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt comfortable and relaxed then we were greeted by a lovely young lady Sara . She was so helpful and nothing was too much for her, every question we had she answered and was so kind and patient. You will not be disappointed in staying at this hotel we loved it . Look forward to coming back soon!

    We were upgraded to a fantastic room with a huge bed, great bathroom & separate toilet, Nuxe products. Room had air con. Breakfast was really nice, staff super helpful, we were able to store our bikes in the basement. Very central location. Highly recommend.

    This hotel is very nice. Room size is quite big. Absolutely enough for 2 people. The location is exceptional, you can go anywhere easily!

    Overall Rating: At best, a 3-star property Title: Great location, but falls far short of 4 stars — poor cleanliness and service The single redeeming feature of this hotel is its excellent location, which is convenient and easy to get around from. However, taking everything into account, the very most I could ever rate this place is 3 stars—it comes nowhere near deserving a 4-star rating. While the room itself was decent, the rest of the experience was a letdown: * Horrible Cleanliness: The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable. The toilet was far from properly cleaned, with visible grime and residue left around the bidet. For any hotel claiming higher status, this level of housekeeping is inexcusable. * Chaotic Arrival & Inconsistent Service: Upon arrival, the receptionist claimed they had no record of my reservation and was completely unhelpful, basically saying there was nothing she could do. Fortunately, a male colleague stepped in and genuinely did his best to assist. Still, I was placed in a room directly on the reception level, which lacked privacy and comfort. * Missing Basic Comforts: There was not even a luggage cart available to help transport bags. * Unreliable AC: The air conditioning kept cycling on and off and blew no cold air at all, leaving the room stuffy. Location alone does not make a 4-star hotel. Without proper sanitization, working climate control, and consistent hospitality, it simply doesn't meet the mark.
