Great location, clean facilities

Hotel was great, glad they opened access for kids to the pool, althought you have to pay. Breakfast was ok, but glad it was provided. Rooms are small but to be expected for Europe.

A wonderful hotel. Kind staff. A beautiful room. We stayed in one of the large rooms, which was worth the small amount of extra money.

It is a bit removed from the city center. However, Strasbourg is not that large and, in better weather, everything is walkable. We knew about the distance, but took a lot of taxis because of the cold weather. Taxis in Strasbourg are not cheap.

Private parking, good breakfast, comfy room - enough for our family of 4. 15 mins walking distance from historic downtown, 10 mins to tram stop, 5 mins to the nearest alternative parking garage.

During peak Easter season the hotel was crowded: we had to wait to be seated for breakfast, and in the lobby it was noisy.

Nice stay for a weekend trip

Short walk to the city, not the closest but 10 minutes. Shopping centre nearby. Parking!! Nice rooms, very good breakfast. Overall comfortable stay for exploring the city.

Overall, it was still a good value hotel and I would recommend it to travelers that travel light.

Location was excellent, 15-20 minute walk to Old Town, to train station, many restaurants and large shopping mall . Facility in general was clean and bright. Room was modern albeit a little small. It was amazingly quiet even though it was one street from train tracks. For us, bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was bright and spacious. The fitness room is small and sparsely equipped but it met my needs.

Our standard room has very little storage space. We left our clothes in the carry-on luggage throughout our stay. Per front desk, the mini refrigerator in room was purposely turned off so there was no possibility to chill water, and fruits.

Great place to stay in Strasbourg!

Not too far from the train station which made arriving and departing a breeze. The included breakfast was delicious! The rooms spacious and the staff very helpful. There were a lot of amenities available as well: bar, pool, sauna, workout room etc.

We left our luggage for a partial day after checkout before leaving and upon leaving our items they were placed in a locked store room. When we went to pick them up they were sitting in a pile along with other’s things in the corner of the lobby. I was disheartened by that as someone could have swiped our stuff really easily. Otherwise our stay was great.

Very welcoming and helpful receptionist on check in Super comfortable bed and so quiet - made for a great nights sleep. Powerful shower, nice toiletries and spacious Close to the station and east walk into the old town

At 10.45 we wanted a coffee, the bar was closed and it took some time for anyone to be able to help us. This is our only complaint. We had a good price as we booked a long way in advance - I was shocked to see the Friday night December rate otherwise.

Beauty in the details

cleanliness, confort of the bed, beauty of the room and the whole building, the gym (small but clean and good quality machines), quality of the breakfast, staff greetings, details in the room (hair drier, water, free bretzel, beauty and number of lamps)

the curtains weren't long enough (sun went through in the morning), breakfast was too expensive even though it was very good (we had to be quick in the morning so we didn't get the time to enjoy it enough), the AC made a lot of noise but you could lower it

Very attentive reception staff. They speak many different languages including English and Portuguese. Very comfortable accommodation with good space, a nice balcony although the view is not so cool. The shower is very good. Modern building. Quiet place and close to the center.

I made the reservation because they say there is a parking garage, but when I arrived it was not available. And parking on the street during the day it's extremely expensive, overnight is free but it's difficult to find a free spot. In the room, I found a dirty underwear behind a cushion on the couch from a previous guest.

Exceeded expectations and highly recommend!! Great value!

The breakfast was SO GOOD— waffles, eggs, croissants, fruits, meats, and cheeses. This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were a very fun style and very clean, the bed was super comfy. The staff was very helpful with parking and very kind. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Downtown city center was a short 10 to 15 minute walk!

Staff made their problem yours and were unhelpful, parking was a nightmare and staff made matters worse rather than accommodating, location was across a train yard and not a convenient walk to areas of Strasbourg worth visiting, you pay a lot of money to not get access to any amenities aside from a foosball table in the lobby.

The location and comfort were great.

the access to the spa is charged extra, €9 per hour. which is not much but what you get leaves something to be desired. the pool much smaller than in the pictures, and the water was cold. the hammam didn't even work, cold as well.
