Wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect. The design is stylish and modern, the atmosphere is cozy, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is truly outstanding, very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. You can really feel their genuine care for guests. I would also like to highlight the comfort of the room and the overall sense of relaxation and well being. I would be happy to come back again!

Hotel was great, glad they opened access for kids to the pool, althought you have to pay. Breakfast was ok, but glad it was provided. Rooms are small but to be expected for Europe.

Great room, decent breakfast.
Staff made their problem yours and were unhelpful, parking was a nightmare and staff made matters worse rather than accommodating, location was across a train yard and not a convenient walk to areas of Strasbourg worth visiting, you pay a lot of money to not get access to any amenities aside from a foosball table in the lobby.
