Location okay but do not take breakfast - go somewhere else :)

Good triple room option.

I needed a triple room and they have 3 individual beds which worked very well.

It says it’s very close to the center but it was 10 min by car - not walking distance for us.

nothing much, the staff was friendly and helpful. the fact they have a Starbucks coffee station that was good and vending machine.

overall, the property location, room size and the money value. we had to walk 20 minutes to reach the nearest mall to get some groceries.

Great hotel near city center.

Everything was perfect. Helpfull staff explained parking situation. Recomčnded POIs. Location was perfect with a walking distance to old town.

Overall it was good

Reception was nice and friendly, hotel was at about 10 minute walk distance from the center, the room was comfortable.

We found a baby soother near the bed which means was not cleaned well. Also we did not have slippers to have a comfort movement.

Very good location, nice people in the reception - smile to everyone and want to help you during your stay. Good breakfast.

We stayed there two times fot one night. The rooms were very similar. Clean, but the ceilings in the bathrooms need to be clean and painted because of the moisture and mold. The smell of the towels was strange. It was like the smell of fried chicken or french fries- hard to say, but it wasn't comfortable to use them. As I said we were there two times and the situation was the same. But of course the towels were clean. We just recommend to change the place where you keep the towels or maybe change the fabric softener.

It was clean and nicely located, just a little walk to the tram stop. The evening staff during our stay (Thursday to Sunday) were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The parking is quite limited, so even though we had asked for parking we were actually very lucky to get it for think as I saw a few families being told that there was none left.

Good value hotel with great breskfast.

Staff was very nice&friendly and we especially loved the breakfast made of fresh and high quality food.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, bedsheets were a bit stained. Also the room was too small to fit the 4 person family.

Nice stay and helpful staff

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, at 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. Breakstaf is pretty good: pankakes, eggs, sweeties. The room was well equipped. The staff was super helpfull The hotel overlooks a park and the Rhine Canal. There's a park silo just next to the hotel.

The closet space is very limited and our triple bed room size didn't allowed us to keep our suitcases opened. There's not possibility to park without paying. The distance from the city center is ok, but you have walk a bit, so be carefull if you have small children or you are people with reduced mobility.

Excellent location, short walk to the central attractions and the train station. There is a multi-storey car park next door which is reasonably priced. Easy to find free parking spaces on the streets.

Great stay

Leslie on reception was so helpful and a lovely lady as we had some confusion with our booking and she dealt with the room not being cleaned on one morning too. The young man who offered me a take away breakfast at 5am the morning we left! Give him a bonus please! He wasn’t French and didn’t get his name

Superb

Great location. Simple Check in . Breakfast included. Value for Money. We stayed for one night (family of 4). The location is close to the historic centre and Petit prince. The check in and check out was quick and efficient, the staff were professional. The included breakfast had just about everything to suit our tastes. The room was sufficiently big for a one night stay for our family. Overall a good experience.

It is close to the city centre which is walkable in 10-15 mins. We couldn't use the car park due to the height of the vehicle but there was spaces on the road. Rooms are very standard size but we were able to fit a cot and a toddler bed in there. They have a play area next to the breakfast which is very useful with two young children.

Top customer service

The staff. Top customer service. Always smiling and very welcoming. This ladies were great in every sense. I would go back even though this is not a 5 start hotel. Customer service makes totally the difference. 👏👏👏

Breakfast was ok, but they can be better for sure. Particularly, I like scramble eggs and boiled eggs. Both versions were not good. Scramble eggs were from a box, I guess, and bolied eggs totally frozen. For real guys, improve this.
