The location, the friendly staff, the pool for the kids, the spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.
Minor detail: not enough towels, and it took 2 trips to the reception to get the right amount of bed covers organized.

Clean. Apartment suited our needs
Staff service on arrival was very poor, unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Name and booking reference was insufficient for check in. Not told about location of breakfast room or facilities . Unaware of facilities like pool until i was checking out. Customer service at checkout was good.
