Wonderful location. Exceptionally helpful staff.
The restaurant and breakfast area don’t quite match the rest of the look / feel - a bit more casual than expected but only a tiny point. It could draw in more folks if looked a bit more fancy.

Brilliant location!
Unfortunately due to very heavy storms in the area, there was a 3 day power outage which I really do feel the hotel could have notified us about prior to arrival. They reached out to see what time we would be checking in, so could just as easily said ‘hey, we have no electricity - so no hot water … maybe have a shower before arriving and bring a torch as we don’t know when electricity will be restored’. It would have taken the sting out of the tail upon guest arrival.

The room in the Manor House
No air con too hot and very uncomfortable.
So expensive compared to everywhere else with beautiful accommodation and air-conditioning
These rooms should be reserved for the winter
$$$$
