Lovely stay especially if you wanted self catering, well equipped kitchen everything you would need

Lovely spacious rooms , location , nice pool . Owners friendly and helpful.

It should be noted that if anyone had difficulty with walking or steps the climb up to the swimming pool could be a problem. No pool towels , but we did not ask so could be our fault . Not enough sunbed cushions.

Excellent location to explore a beautiful area

Excellent location for hiking,access to beach, local restaurants and the convenience of a local mini mart. At the same time very quiet and peaceful. Jose was the perfect host and always helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the facility of a shared pool and lounging facilities.

We were pleased to stay here, and everything was fine for us.

This was a great location in Hermanus. Although it was a couple of kilometers from the town center, it was easy to go there in our hire car to have a boat trip in the sea. However, our location was very suitable, as it was a fairly short walk to the nice local beaches, providing a long walk at the waterfront, with a couple of local restaurants. Behind the apartment was a direct walk up the mountain, with some wonderfull views of the sea and mountains. The room was large, with a seperate comfortable bedroom, large bathroom, large kitchen area and a nice place to sit outside our room. Although they could make breakfast, it was just as convenient for us to make our own breakfast and eat outside with a great view. Also, there is a very good food shop very close by, so we bought all we wanted to eat.

We had no problems staying here.

Very large clean and well-appointed rooms. Comfy large beds. Great to have a Nespresso machine! Lovely balconies with wonderful views over sea and mountains. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Nice quiet suburban location. Mini market, lovely coastal walk and decent restaurants walking distance away. Great to be able to park directly outside the front door.

The suite was absolutely divine, so spacious, full kitchen, the bed was super duper comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, well lit for makeup, the bath was perfectly massive for a lazy bubble bath before checkout 🥰

Just what the doctor ordered: a restful stay in a well-established guest house.

I really enjoyed the privacy of the apartment: the service door did not trouble me at all. The view from the balcony is lovely and makes for spectacular sunsets. The location is great, close to restaurants and the beaches, and not far from the city centre. There is a nice walking path behind the guest house which is located in a quiet neighbourhood.

The proximity of the bathroom to the bedroom is weird, a bit far, and access to the bathroom is through the kitchen. Having said that, the heater in the bathroom is very welcome during winter.

The property is located in a nice part of Hermanus. The facilities is nice and spacious and the crackling fire in the fireplace makes it even better. The hosts must be commended on their hospitality. We will definitely go back.

Jose and Ton are perfect hosts. The accomodation was gorgeous (room 3) - lots of square footage, beautiful big private balcony, and the shared spaces are sweeeeeet. We really felt at home. Nice music in the livingroom with a cozy fireplace, a grand piano that will leave you speechless and the pool lounging area is fantastic. Nice touches with plants, home decor, etc. We had a car so location was perfect. Quiet area, beaches a few blocks away, 5 minutes to downtown and an amazing mountain behind us. Saw the baboons make their trek from mountain to ocean stopping at the trees right off our balcony. 🙂 Highly recommend this stay. Peaceful, private and yet social, clean, beautifully decorated, and the hosts are awesome. They had great suggestions and seemed to know what interested us from our discussions. Great stay!
