Great apartment in a good location

Great apartment with good facilities. There is tram stop right outside & next to the pleasure beach. Beds were comfy. Great value for money

Super clean and simple

We couldn’t get the tv to work with the apps for the children to watch tv. Would prefer blackout blinds as it felt like we slept with the light on due to the street lights or sign lights outside the room.

Rooms nice enough but be prepared for little to no sleep!

Rooms were clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

The noise! Our room was on the ground floor next to the stairs and all night all we could here from our room was people slamming doors, talking in the corridor and stomping up the days. Made sleeping impossible until nearly 1am! Not ideal with two small children.

The location.

The room was dirty couch filthy hairs in places there shouldn't be in a "clean" room. For this to be labelled as a suite would be hilarious if I hadn't paid for the pleasure. Only 1 tv our of 3 worked others where nice decorations. Sofa bed was broken and couldnt close the door once its down as its far too tight on space. Probably the least value for money i have ever had and i dont expect much. Just a bare minimum of cleanliness for £170 a night would have been nice. The height of the landings as you come downstairs should have a sign to watch your head as they are dangerously low for anyone of reasonable height. Would definitely never return. Spend your money on a local bnb who will look after you and care unlike this place. Faceless and zero effort put in whatsoever.

Excellent

Really pleased with the booking. Facilities more than expected. Staff really nice and welcoming. Staff also went above and beyond regarding parking allowing us to keep the car parked up after checkout to visit the pleasure beach. Will definitely be back next summer for a longer stay. Diolch cariad. ❤️

Clean, well equipped and nice location

Noisy neighbours, who allowed their children to knock our door several times late into the night on our first night, and jump continuously off the bed (at least that's what it sounded like) and sounded like they were coming through the roof, which was no fault of the owners

Recommend

Easy to find place, on my arrival day had plenty parking spaces, easy to pay for it. Rooms are spacious with nice comfy beds, i slept on sofa bed a little squeaky, but i think because of new. Location was perfect for us, as we had Plesure Beach booked that day, we had a nice walk for food later. Or tram stop just cross the road available.

Our second stay and again it didn’t disappoint. The accommodation is clean and spacious and a stone’s throw away from the Pleasure Beach and Sand Castle.

Good location. Suite had exactly as described. Enough beds for my family and the basics needed for our stay.

It’s an odd set up. The layout of the building has been modified so that all the rooms are off winding corridors all painted white. It felt like being in a maze. Maybe a touch of colour or pictures would improve the feel.

Lovely clean hotel finished to a high standard.

Costal Plaza is located 5 mins walk from the pleasure beach and has a tram stop right outside if you are travelling further. Our room was spotlessly clean and finished to a pristine standard with crisp white linens and towels. As soon as we entered the property you could smell how clean it was. It was lovely and cool in our room, despite it being 29 degrees outside! Very thoughtful of the owner to close all the curtains to keep the sun out. We were greeted by the owner who was lovely and made sure we knew the best places to frequent at night for the best cocktails and good food. We parked the car there, there was a fee of £12 which would have been nice if this was waived for guests. As anyone could park there as long as they paid.

We were in apartment 5, which was beside the front door. We didn’t get much sleep due to inconsiderate guests letting the door slam all through the night.

The hotel was lovely and clean, bed & sofa bed were so comfortable. Excellent location and car parking was so easy to sort out. Staff were lovely and so helpful. We would definitely return.

Disappointing and a waste of money.

The location was good

There were no openable windows in one of the bedrooms which made being in there unbearable in the 32 degree heat. Also sleeping in there was impossible we ended up on the floor in the main living area. Even with that the windows in the living area weren’t helpful as the didn’t open much at all. We did reach out to the staff via this app but they weren’t very helpful. We ended up checking out a day early as the kids couldn’t sleep due to the heat and humidity in the apartment. They definitely need to sort out ventilation in the property.

Fantastic would stay here again

I really liked how modern and clean the apartment was and how they kindly accommodated us with a cot, high chair and plate/cutlery for our toddler. Staff were very kind and helpful with great communication about arrival times etc.
