We were greeted upon arrival, very friendly staff! Rooms were clean we got one of the upgraded rooms and it was fantastic. Comfortable beds, clean and warm.

Thanks Pete & Michelle for making us feel so welcome. The room was bigger than expected with a lovely sea view. Comfy beds, smart tv, wifi etc. Tram stop directly opposite and a few minutes walk to the pier & pleasure beach which was walkable for my 4 and 7 year old. Wetherspoons was fantastic as was the inside chip shop and both very close. Very convenient.

It was friendly, inviting, spacious. It was right near the arcades, a fish and chip shop, a tram stop and not far from the pleasure beach
