Pleasant and smooth stay for one night

The room fitted us all in which is great when we have a big family. Beds were comfy. Great view of the sea front and piers. Lovely to watch the trams. Opposite the tram stop.

I was a bit concerned about the lack of being able to open the window. I understand being on the top floor the emergency window needs to have a latch but in a fire there was no way to open the latch to get out of the big emergency window. I didn’t sleep very well due to this.

Staff polite and friendly, had an issuse which was caused by another guest, was solved and sorted straight away, they kept saying sorry even though it wasnt their fault. Rooms clean, comfortable, mini fridge in both rooms was a bonus and a nice extra, the sea view from one of the rooms was lovely especially when the illuminations were turned on.

There wasnt anything really, apart from maybe another couple of sockets (personal opinion)

Basic, clean, good location for south shore / pleasure beach.

The lady who greeted us was lovely and very helpful! It’s very clean inside!

From the outside it really does need some TLC, we were a little unsure whether to stay when we pulled up but when you’re inside it’s clean, friendly and fine for an overnight! Double bed was uncomfortable, basic spring mattress but for £70 on a Saturday it’s to be expected. Decor inside is outdated but again, the property is kept very clean, smells nice and is overall kept well! Sadly the shower in our room didn’t work, the handles didn’t turn but we left in a rush this morning so didn’t manage to report.

I could not believe the room we got for such a low price. Super clean, great location and had everything we needed plus more. Tea and coffee making facilities were a bonus. Fan in room. We will definitely book here again.

Really good for one night, great value for money, clean & comfortable, great location for pleasure beach.

The room was clean & perfect for the nights stay needed for the pleasure beach, the location was 2 minute walk from the pleasure beach and we managed to park our car on the street next to it for the whole length of our stay. The bed was comfortable & the room was really clean, and we heard no noise in the night.

The door to our room is old and looks not in keeping with the hotel, so could be redone, and the doors to the bathrooms are just shutter doors, not proper doors.

Very enjoyable visit to Blackpool

Great location and good value rooms for a family of 5 . It can often be tricky to find a spacious enough room for us all to stay in but the room was clean, comfortable and well laid out with comfortable bunk beds a single and a double bed and are own bathroom. Would be sure to stay again when returning to Blackpool.

Friendly staff and great location

Not having a proper key is a great idea. Host was super friendly. When I saw the outside first i wasn’t sure but as soon as I walked into the hotel my mind was put a rest. When I return to Blackpool I will definitely be staying here.

We will be back

We arrived early as I rang the night before, they said to come early and if the room was ready it would be fine, we arrived at 10.15 room was ready, staff where amazing so friendly wished my son a happy 13th. room was clean had all that was needed, it stated on line there was no WiFi but there is which was a bonus, they even had a fan in the room I was over the moon as going through menopause 🤣. Close to amusments, food and shops. We will be back xx leanne and Bobby

The only negative I can say is the windows not being clean, we had a sea view room but unfortunately the windows where really dirty on the outside where all the birds had pooped and also didn't open. That's the only thing negative iv got.

Great location, welcoming greating but disappointing at the dishonesty.

Excellent location, clean

I left a new charger in the family room, emailed / messaged / txt / multiple calls all day then all week afterwards with no reply. My fault for leaving it in the room but an email reply or answer would have been appreciated. They knew my number by the message i sent. So cleaning staff definitely had that! I am an owner of housekeeping business, and have 10+ staff. Many times guests leave items. We always send it back if requested. Disappointed.

We had a thoroughly lovely time. The hotel was a fantastic base for what we needed.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The lady who owned the property was brilliant with a couple of minor issues we had. (The door key stopped working and the tv wouldn’t work) she rectified the issues without any hesitation. The location is fantastic, right opposite south pier. We have already looked at booking for the lights in the winter.

Nice, clean place.

The lady who checked me in was nice/friendly. It was very clean. I've been given dirtier rooms for multiples of the price (looking at you Travelodge, who had the cheek to want £220 for the night I stayed here). The location was good for my purposes (Pleasure Beach visits). The cookie/biscuit things were appreciated. Great value for money.

The shower required some finesse. If it wasn't in a very exact position, you got either freezing cold or scalding hot. Took some trial and error.
