Well organised clean friendly with great staff great food and great entertainment already booking to go back in a couple

We’ve stayed a few times now and never had a bad experience at the Viking the staff the food the entertainment all excellent top notch

2 day break away

Staff were friendly and food was lovely.

Decor, very dated, especially in the basement entertainment centre. Bedrooms full of dark wood and red accessories. We did not like our given dinner table, as it was right where the menu stand was amd a thoroughfare from the buffet area. While in Low season, maybe consider removing one of the 2 tables in the way.

Excellent 5 days in Blackpool

Clean & warm rooms, entertainment every night. Staff great. Choices for meals quite good, always something to suit both of us. All staff local people enjoying their jobs. Cant believe it is only a 2 star. Sea front location very near a tram stop. Free parking.

Jo & Grahams chill out mini break.

The food was excellent, plentiful, and a good choice. The room was comfortable, clean, and well worth the extra for a sea view.. Entertainment was good fun, and everyone was made to feel welcome.

We could have done with Google maps to find our way around the hotel, especially following a drink or two. Some of the decorations were looking a little tired, but that didn't alter the fact that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and YES, we will be back.

Had a brilliant weekend!

The food was fantastic and there was a good selection off entertainment in the cabaret bar.

There was only 1 very small lift apart from that we had no concerns.

Very good, our motto is:- if the bed clean we can manage the stay

Food was excellent it could not be faulted, bedroom 7 we expected to be ground floor but once unlocking the door there were 6 steps to climb, then 1 bed was under the eaves with a very low ceiling, staff were amazing

The viking is a beautiful hotel. Even though we love in the canary islands . Lanzarote we flew in for the fireworks displace.

The staff were all very helpful, enough choice of breakfast, and evening meals for everyone's liking, great evening entertainment from 8pm - 12 midnight x

Downstairs bar closed at 5, but you could use the one on the 1st floor, but wished it stayed open until 6ish, but I think it was due to staffing.
