I stayed here with my mum and sister in April 2026, for two nights, and we received such a warm, friendly, and wonderful service, from booking our stay, till departure.
I can’t thank Alton enough for being such a kind and considerate host, helping with our bags, parking etc, and I must also say, the attention to the finer details were most definitely noticed!! Especially things like the honesty box fridge (well stocked), not to mention the good sized personal fridge in our room, and access to extra supplies for the room, should they be required.
Additionally, the clean, homely environment made for such a comfortable, safe, and cosy stay, exactly what we needed.
Our beds were moreish, and we all enjoyed lovely long, and uninterrupted sleep ins, in the mornings, so much so we didn't take advantage of the breakfast on offer, but the appetising smell of this will most definitely tempt us out of bed a little earlier, on our next visit.
The overall location was superb, being a two minute walk to the Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons for lovely food/drinks, and only seconds more to South Peir, and The Pleasure Beach, while being right beside a super convenient tram stop, for easy access to all of our favourite Blackpool attractions. There is also a super handy convenience store, a stones throw away... perfect for stocking that good sized fridge I mentioned earlier 🥂

Room worked for us, heater warmed the room up nicely, bed and bed linen were comfortable, room was very clean, tv worked fine, facilities for tea and coffee were available, maps of the resort and town were helpful too! Also nice to have the hangers in the closet space to put coats and jackets alongside shoes etc.
Shower was a little on the small side and plug sockets were limited however we made it work.

Such a lovely and welcoming greeting on arrival helpful with bringing in our luggage such a homely feel to the rooms with so many home comforts fridge honesty fridge downstairs just such a lovely vibe to the place
