We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. One thing I would suggest is for a mat to be put in the shower floor as it is slippery and someone could fall if not careful.
The noise is from sea gulls so I doubt there is anything the hotel can do about it.

Lovely b and b. Family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. Good breakfast. Good location to the south pier. Fridge in the room for tea and coffee is a great bonus. We definitely use again. Phil and Jon are really welcoming.
