Not worth the price of the rooms it’s a shame you can not get a refund when nothing works right

Close to the front

A family room with no heating, broken door handles, lights and filter sound like an apache helicopter landing on the roof, the mould in the fridge is criminal and the beds are all caved in, the smell of cat urine and clogged toilets smelled throughout the whole hotel

It was OK to stay for the price and location, but the sofa bed and kitchen wasn't very good.

The location was good, walking distance to the pleasure beach. The main bedroom was comfy, and the bunks were OK.

The sofa bed was on the floor, not fit to sleep on we had to use cushions from the other sofa to make it a bit more comfy. The kitchen was just a small room with a microwave and kettle, cant call it a kitchen.

Really friendly and helpful welcome. The view from the window and balcony was fab and the room was spacious.

Lovely place close to everything

Nice little place close to everything. The family apartment was lovely size with a cute little kitchen which I wasn't expecting. Walk in shower and lovely living room also loved the kids having thier own room. Kids loved the flavored milk and partner the coffee sachets which really helped him in mornings. Thank you.

The noise at night from up above us. It was gone 11 pm and up until early hours in morning we could hear bangs which sounded like jumping/falling of the bed and running around. We could also hear argument/talking which was right by our front window in living room and our dog barked ovisley woundering who or what was happening. But considering it was her first time away she wasnt barking for long especially after I told her it was ok.

Fine for a 1 night stay on the promenade but not great.

Having a room big enough to accommodate a family of 5 is great. The location on the promenade was perfect for us as we were there to see the illuminations. The staff who checked us in were lovely too.

The furniture in the room seems like its seen better days. One unit even had several nails sticking out of it. We had no spoons for our tea coffee station, the bathroom window couldn't be closed at all. And the double bed had a king size mattress on so one side of the bed it was hanging over the side creating a slope against the wall.

Ok but wouldn’t stay again

It was clean and we had 2 bedrooms

No heating on in 1 bed room and draughty window so very cold during the night. Tv didn’t work in one room . No view ! Still trying to find the photo with the big clock ! People running about at 2am !

A mistake

The property was in a good location

It was dirty, old and as you will see from the photos, in my opinion should not be classed as a hotel. Let alone a penthouse suite! Albeit it was on the top floor. We paid for 2 nights checked out after the first. I did not want to go anywhere near that shower

Couldn’t see out of windows due to condensation in glass drainage problem in bath leaving rotten smell having to use kitchen sink for hygiene purposes pull out bed could not use due to it being dirty full of crumbs and rubbish rappers draws in bedroom full of cigarett backy and rubbish kitchen only had kettle microwave and toaster with a small fridge freezer which was no good doors didn’t close properly trip hazard on living room door entry very cold rooms ended up buying cleaning products and cleaning rooms ourself this was room 3

There was nothing I liked about this hotel

Well basically everything the hotel was run down dirty bed sheets dirty towels the cups was filthy would never come back feels like I've been scammed cause the photos on here of the hotel is not the same hotel I was in. At night room was freezing.Just giving this a 1 star review is me being generous

Good but.....

The location is one of the best! Just in the middle of the 2 big piers, walking distance to everything! Loved that they had an affordable car park , we left the car there when we arrived and took it when we left.We walked everywhere:)) The room was very big ( 2 adults,3 kids and a dog), and the beds were comfortable. The lady at reception was very understanding and let us check in a bit earlier. It was a good stay.

The place needs a bit of an update, the furniture was broken, very dirty, ( like mirrors, window sills, doors, everything that gathered dust, dust was there!) very large bathroom but dirty. Bed sheets/towels stained ( they were washed but stained), Windows very dirty and dusty it took away from the view!! They definitely need a new cleaning team that knows what cleaning is and the place will be amazing as it has a lot of potential!

The property is right along the sea front, the host is lovely and even the other guests were helpful when we needed a hand with the mobility scooter, our room was clean bed was amazingly comfortable and the balcony view topped it off perfectly thank you for a great weekend stay with definitely be back again soon

Great location and good sized rooms

Great location, lady on front desk was lovely checking us in. We booked 2 rooms (1 double room and 1 apartment). Both rooms were very spacious. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Shower was lovely and warm and plenty of clean towels, tea, coffee etc.

Rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrade but overall we were happy with our accommodation and the price paid. We drove passed the hotel at first as the sign out front is down and shows a different name. The only thing I think that let it down for me was the double room downstairs must allow dogs as our socks were covered in dog hair after walking on rug/floor. But overall we were happy with the accommodation and would book again.

!!!!The Worst Hotel In Blackpool!!!!!

If you like smack heads then this is the place for you. If you like banging throughout the night this is the place for you. People sit right at the front door smoking away, bothering you as you're trying to enter or leave. The rooms are manky, sleep fully clothed. Gear head central. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. ESPECIALLY IF YOU A FAMILY.

I've tried to get a refund due to leaving the hotel early, this was around 11pm-12am as my 4-year-old daughter couldn't sleep or even settle due to the constant banging, and shouting, like all night. She was in tears to the point I had no choice but to leave, which meant me driving home tired at daft times around 50 miles and now they won't refund me which is a joke. So please people don't stay here. Me & my lil legs have stayed at sooo many different hotels & b&bs in Blackpool and never had this problem before especially to a point im having to leave. The hotel we would not normally stay, we went for a day trip and wanted to enjoy the better weather the next day so i chose to stay here but NEVER AGAIN. All i wanted was a refund and this review could of been avoidable

The room needed alot of attention, the ceiling tiles were stained and cracked the door would lock, the door to the balcony didn’t close properly dogs must be allowed to stay which is fine but they should be left alone to bark all night!

Accommodated our needs exceptionally well. Ann on the front desk was lovely and was always helpful. The rooms are a good size and beds were comfortable. We booked for a place to sleep and it certainly worked well for our group of 10. The location is brilliant if you plan to spend most of your time down south shore. Overall couldn’t complain for the price paid and I would stay again for the same purpose.

Did have a couple of problems with the showers across the two rooms but these things happen and the staff got the right people in to resolve the situation pretty swiftly.

Awful place, utterly filthy and disgusting.

The location was good, the hotel has nothing else going for it.

Property was utterly filthy and disgusting. The rooms stunk and were dirty with stains on the floors, doors and walls. Bedding was stained with blood and hairs in bed. Kitchen equipment like the microwave didn't work, but that hardly mattered when you wouldn't want to cook in there. This place should not be allowed to operate as a hotel, it would hardly be suitable as a shelter for the homeless. The rooms either overlooked a mucky alley or a filthy courtyard out back where there were rotting carcases of birds.
