MyRoomz Silver Strand Hotel

Owner lovely all you would expect from a Blackpool stay.

Staff so friendly,very welcoming, always willing to chat and ask you about your day .

From the get go the guy who welcomed us was brilliant. We got fresh towels on arrival and told to ask for more if needed. Yes the hotel is a little run down but nothing overly worrying. It is Blackpool after all! And our stay was super cheap! Nice facilities. Bar and pool table accessible. Staff super friendly. Kettle with tea and coffee in room. Lack of sockets but an extension lead was in room to use. Also shower was very simple but worked a treat for an absolute banging hangover. Overall was a pleasant stay.

The only thing if I had to comment, is the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Kirsty who runs the b and b is a fantastic host. Kirsty does not stop from the minute she wakes until the minute she sleeps. She can’t do enough for you and your kids. Very friendly, easy to talk to. She really does have a hard job running the place on top of looking after her own family. I honestly don’t know where she gets her energy from but I commend her. Her and her husband and both the nicest people I’ve ever met. I am always wary about staying in b and bs and usually opt for an apartment where there is no one else around as two of my boys both have autism and adhd but honestly never felt so comfortable and at ease staying here. Thank you Kirsty you’re a superstar!!

I think the hotel is quite run down and could do with a revamp but that’s down to the owner. I do think it’s a great location and the hosts are great just needs so work and money putting into it.
