Location is the best part for the stay

Too small. Not clean and a very arrogant host at front desk

Good location Tidy and modern

More pillows needed More toilet roll needed Tlc needed for walls, skirting boards etc

Very clean, warm and welcoming and great seafront location

Close to good car parks, tram stops.. awesome!

Location was near the pubs and beach

The other customers were very loud and didn’t listen to the manager when he told them regarding the loud music at 6am

Looked fab and had pool table in bar area

The walls were paper thin on top floor was woken 6am both mornings by adults talking in the next room and I didn't get in till 3am, space for sink was very narrow more suited to a single room than a double as couldn't swing a cat and I was on my own friend couldn't make it

The hot tub was amazing...absolutely loved the fact that the bathroom mirror was Bluetooth so could listen to some classical music while in the hot tub...love the lights they made the whole room and bathroom feel like you was living in a dream...loved the Japanese style toilet like it made me laugh everytime it would automatically lift the toilet seat up and the fact that it had a heated seat so you didnt have to sit down to a cold seat

Couldn't figure out hoe to use the coffee machine but other than that i have no complaints whatsoever

The fact that it wasn’t clean , all carpets in room and public areas was dirty . Head board on bed was filthy . Bathroom was new but not clean . Not a good feeling . Would never go back .

Liked nothing. Everything everywhere was disgusting and filthy! And the guy behind the bar was ignorant .

The room was filthy, grimey, and just down rite dirty. I've heard of a small double room but that wasn't a small room.... my box room is bigger than that! And when I went to take a shower, I realised there wasn't a bath mat, so I thaught id just use one of the hand towels instead, but non of those either!??but I was already undressed and running late, so i figured I'd just dry in the shower, then step out... nope... the shower head just carried on dripping when I turned it off and because the shower was so small, no matter where I pushed the ceiling hung shower head, it still ran down my body unabling me to fully dry myself. So I had to get out of the shower wet and slipping along the floor. When I went downstairs and told the guy behind the bat,, he said hand towels and bath mats are available on request.. what??? So I asked why? And he just repeated himself, so i then said, "well isn't that something you should mention when checking in??" And he basically just said,,,,, 'again,,, "they are available on request".... but yet a hairdryer is standard????? Somebody does not understand what essentials are?? Because of our late check-in and running late for our gig, and rushing to leave, I only really noticed how filthy our room was the day after. It was minging! Thick in grime, dirt, and dust everywhere! Even the walls, doors, doorframes, and door handles! And knowing how helpful that guy behind the bar/reception was, i didn't fancy wasting my breath complaining. So we just stayed out all day, and only came back to change for the evening. And then to go to sleep. We was up at 7, washed changed and out the door, and never, ever will we return again! I over heard him saying yo a couple of guy's, that he had run another 4 hotels previous to that one, I think he missed a few words out, im sure he was supposed to say that he had run 4 other hotels into the ground before he got that one..

Staff was friendly, bar area was modern and would be lovely in the summer with the front open.

The room needed a good paint and clean, things like the lampshade, top of kettle was dusty. The toilet and shower in the room was very weird and only had a green light in it and the drain smelt which you could smell in the bedroom as the toilet and shower wasnonly behind a glass panel that was privacy screened but also had a curtain to pull across.

The room was 😖 was not happy with it it was filthy dirty mold on ceiling in shower and shower heads and all around shower really needed a good clean and descale edges around room dusty I could knitt a jumper stayed in blackpool many times cheaper and they were clean this place has a nice look from outside thats about it for me yhe bed was in a cubby hole no room either side to get into it so climbing into it from the bottom not ideal kids in hot tub screaming till midnight

The location was very good, close to the pleasure beach, sandcastle and the tram stop.

The rooms my family and I were put in were tiny, cold and could have done with a really good clean. Far to much focus on making the reception area look cool not enough on making sure the guests are comfortable.

Very clean, reasonably priced, great facilities in room, oh and the cards against Disney, that was a whole lot of laughs.

Not that I didn’t like it, only issue, mattress, I thought I was going to go through the bed when I sat on it, did sleep well though.

The room was adequate, but stains on bed base and mattress kept slpping from it, bedside table not clean, behind dressing table was litter.lots of noise from the room above

good location, sea view, vending machine in lobby selling all the essentials and the bed was reasonably comfy.

absolutely filthy in all areas. lobby, stairs, bedroom and bathroom. the parking is an additional £7 per car per 24hr, the bays are absolutely tiny. we chose to park elsewhere. no member of staff in the hotel after 10:30pm to monitor noise and this hotel is VERY noisy.

The room was a family room, but you couldn't accommodate 4 people in it, comfortably. Limited hanging/ wardrobe space.

The room needs a deep clean and at least a lick of paint. It looks more like a hostel room. Dirt on the radiator was unbelievable.

Nice clean room, bedding clean and very nice bed to sleep on.

Location was good for us as a family able to go to various arcade events

Good location and comfy bed would use again only criticism is good do with better tea or coffee facilities

Room a bit smaller than use to

The room was very dirty and dusty stains all over and bits everywhere especially the bathroom it was that’s grimy we didn’t use or at all so glad I only stayed for 1 night. Very disgusting the fact they think people will be comfortable in this is Insane.

The b&b gave good first impressions reception looked stunning very clean n elegant looking.

On the last night someone was smoking drugs in the hallway, smelled really bad.

All the stylish features spa bath was excellent

Damp ceiling, grubby carpets and paintwork. Place needs proper cleaning… the corners were manky

3rd year of staying at this hotel .my grandkids and i absolutely love it and the view is perfect

How modern it was and how comfortable and cosy it felt. However we would of preferred it to be a bit bigger as it was very small, outside space was good though.

How small the room was it could of done with a bit more wardrobe space but other than that it was enjoyable.
