The staff at The Queens went the extra mile as I brought my baby with me to visit family who were staying in the hotel. They provided access to the fridge and freezer for the baby’s milk and a high chair for dining with my family at breakfast.

Can not wait to visit again.

My 5years old granddaughter was over the moon with the sea view. Great room. Room was clean well catered for and bathroom was clean and great shower.

Loved the building, the Christmas decorations were beautiful. So a lovely hotel. Fantastic accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast lots of choice. One thing I'd have liked is moe accessible information on Christmas stays 2026 in website or on a flyer to take away.

Very friendly hotel in a good location!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely Christmassey atmosphere and the downstairs was beautifully decorated!!

I needed water to take to my room on the first night but was told I couldn't get it....after harassing Jonathon he got me a pint of water from somewhere. On the second night, Yvonne very kindly got us 2 jugs of iced water! I felt the bar staff in the entertainment lounge could have been a bit more pleasant at the end of the night....for our last order the girl abruptly told me "you can have a drink but no ice and no lemon! " Certainly could have been a bit more pleasant!! we were told we were getting a sea view but I don't know what we were looking into as it was a frosted window and definitely wasn't anywhere near the sea!!!! Was only able to have one shower as the bathroom was like an ice box!!!! 🧊

The staff were pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were 'as expected' for an old promenade hotel in Blackpool, but they were more than adequate, our bathroom was very nice - as new! Unfortunately we didn't get the time to visit the swimming pool, which is a great addition to any Hotel in Blackpool.

Unfortunately breakfast was a bit of a disappointment for us all - possibly due to a lack of staff as many tables were not cleared away after other guests had left. They all seemed under pressure to serve a lot of guests at once which sadly meant the quality wasn't quite there. We (4 adults and two children) ended up squashed around a table set for four people and had to obtain extra chairs and request cutlery etc. The service at breakfast was a let down, I requested two poached eggs on toast and that is exactly what I got. Sadly it was two slices of 'stale toast' and two 'overly cooked' very dry poached eggs. However, I mentioned it to a staff member and he quickly replaced the eggs with one freshly cooked egg and one 'not as dry' as the original. My Dad had stale crumpets served to him too which he didn't finish. The cereals were limited in choice and the soft drinks dispensers quickly ran out and weren't replenished. Not a massive issue and no one died - but its not what was expected from the prestigious Queens Hotel. We would stay there again - however Wetherspoons is only 100 meters away for breakfast!!

Entertainment is very poor! Also very warm rooms! Breakfast used to be very good, but looks like they are using cheaper produce now, so not great! Also very pricey £360 for 2 nights B&B for 3 adults in one room. Used to get the same deal for about £160

Been before and love it ,the breakfast and evening meal are brilliant and very tasty .The staff are friendly and game for a laugh. No matter what you do they always go one better 🤣🤣 . Nothing is to much trouble for them. The servers are absolutely the best and a credit to your hotel

Just one night was enough.

Location was as expected, hotel was dated and shabby both outside and in. Restaurant closed at 7pm ! Breakfast was only 1 hr. 8 till 9 am ! Staff on reception very helpful to change rooms without steep stairs. Bathroom had horrible drain smell. Room small with dated decor. No water or fridge in room. Bed very clean fresh and comfortable.
