The bathroom heater & radiator in the room didn't work but the hotel itself was warm so it wasn't too much of a problem but it might be in the winter.

Great 1 night stay

Rob was really friendly & helpful. We were able to check in an hour early too. The beds were so comfortable, we all had a great sleep.

No breakfast offered, which would've been useful, but there was Wetherspoons across the road, which was handy.

Lovely couple days

Friendly staff felt comfortable helped me carry my bags up stairs has internet can come and go as you please bus tram top of road so easy access for trams chippy and weather spoons and macdonalds around the corner I literally have nothing bad to say about this property and would stay again

Comfortable, amazing location, staff are amazing very helpful and friendly Will definitely recommend if you are going to the pleasure beach or want a cheap time away in Blackpool.

Some TLC is required in the room For example: No lightbulb (there were still lights in the room) Ceiling and Wallpaper needs a bit of TLC. Wi-Fi on the top floor was not the best

Nothing because the first introduction was very poor by staff, also the manger was rude would never recommend because it was not clean for a 3 star standards and not friendly environment for family stay as customer service very poor all round and not helpful or welcoming towards customers so strongly recommend keep away or find a better place for a vacation .

Good location staff were very friendly and welcoming beding was clean and smelled nice and fresh room was clean towels supplied tea coffee sugar and milk supplied owners seem lovely and are doing a good job I've seen they've not owned it long so theres bound to be little bits that need addressing and fixing witch won't come to light until customers mention it all in all I would stay again

We stayed in room 8 hot tap is lost in the sink and when using its very very hot and sometimes air cones out then shoots boiling hot water out shower had good flow but it was either boiling hot or freezing cold also with air coming out so couldn't have a shower there was no shower gel but there was a tub for it on the shower wall toilet roll holder on the wall came off when got toilet roll but I put it back on and screwed the screw back in other then the annoying 6am segal wake up call the room it self was good

Disappointed as was looking forward to the stay

The location, pricing was good,

Room a were really small and wasnt cleaned properly and bed didn't look made . Fire alarm going off at 2 am that went on for awhile meant no sleep. Only one cup available in the room so had to ask for another. Wifi didn't work

wifi is not available in room 7 the carpet was dirty when we arrived in the room and the beds were not made right we saw the staff only on the first day as we arrived and it took a long weight the bedsheets were rough on the skin the hot water is hard to regulate in the bathroom

I booked a twin room and was given a triple bunk bed and a single bed with a tiny shower had to leave and find alternative accommodation the guy was laughing when he showed me the room you can’t expect a fully gown adult to sleep in a bunk bed and there wasn’t even enough room to swing a cat it was very cramped

Feels like staying with a home stay when I was in highe school

I love how we were welcomed at the start, even though it was not yet time to check in, the owner accepted our luggage so we could go to pleasure beach, which is literally next door! There is a pool table that we could play, the hotel is nice and cozy. The owners are very friendly (we’ve spoken to several so not sure who is who, but we do remember talking about stuff like drag show lol). We got offered towels as well when going to the waterpark, and the lady is so nice and we had a great conversation as well. The room is nice and sunny, with comfy beds too.

The noise from next door could be heard a little, but it was ok, I liked falling asleep hearing vague conversations

We were greeted by the hostess Zara who was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The shower was difficult to use, either ice cold or scalding hot, no middle ground. Had to stand to the side and 'splash wash' as couldn't stand under the stream.

Smelly, horrible worst experience of my life never again

Location, quiet(as we was the only quest) don’t be fooled by photos

Staff rude, mattress was like sleeping on a slate of concrete. We left a day early as we had to keep asking for hot water to be told we showered yesterday like asking for a shower was an inconvenience. When we did get hot water on the 2nd day it look 6 hours to come so we had to go out with no wash. We asked if we could leave a day early and have some refund they refused the refund, and then we got accused of being racist as we wanted to leave because we got fed up of having no hot water. DO NOT STAY HERE. Corridors smell, room is very small the electrical safety (pat testing) which should be done yearly has not been done in 3 years. I have worked away for 15 years in hotels I booked this family hotel for my partner and child for a few days near the beach but can honestly say it’s the worst experience I have ever had. Oh and to add to my dissatisfaction on arrival we had to wait an hour for someone to answer the door even tho we arrived after check in.

Near the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle & Whetherspoons

Sara and Sid are truly amazing, I spent the weekend in Blackpool for my daughters 13th birthday, both of them went above and beyond to make our arrival special. I couldn’t Thank them enough. It’s a great idea having a family friendly hotel, while there we met another lady with her child so it was lovely as I’ve also made a friend for life.
