Great location by the pleasure beach and wetherspoons which is why we chose the b&b. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Bedding and towels very clean. Lots of tea and coffee available and kettle and cups in room
Rooms are a bit tired and need updating. Wallpaper peeling and stains on walls. One thin pillow each made sleep a bit difficult.

Reasonable double room size. Bed comfortable. Small TV. Bathroom with shower was okay.
Bathroom needs some TLC. Shower was looking shabby.

Rob was super helpful in letting us see the room before we booked as we had issues with a previous hotel booking, the room being dirty. Rob got the room ready in half an hour for us and we had a lovely spacious room with bay window including a sea view. Very reasonable prices. Nice and quiet. Pretty comfortable. Kettle, tea and coffee and fridge included.
We made do with the limited plug sockets. Could maybe have done with a lamp for the evenings?

Convenient and good price even when in peak times.
How thin the walls were.. We weren’t able to sleep due to the loud mouthed people next door to us laughing and banging around.
There were toenail clippings on the floor at the side of the bed and the showers been set to one straight direction.
